A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff & enthusiastic to service customer…especially Penny. Facilities are great, breakfast is also good with Sa Cha noddles highly recommended. Gym is good & park at lake fantastic for jogging

The experience of staying in Xiamen Airlines Lakeside hotel was very good . Hotel management and staffs are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast each day and foods were tasty and healthy as well .

Flew in late from Xi’an and chose to stay here because I’ve never stayed at the Airline hotels before. Housekeeping staff is nice and they let me check out an hour late. I just stayed there one night because I was taking the ferry to Zhangzhou Pisces Island. The ferry terminal is 11 minutes away. Comfortable, clean, and decorated nice. The fish are lovely.  Thanks for the free gift of tea/snacks, and the fruit and the elevator corridor. Staff really kind at front desk. Just 25 minutes from the airport and next to a pretty lake. 

The lake view was very very good. Nice of them to give free night snacks available from 10-11pm as well (pictured)

Recently I stayed 3 night at the Xiamen airline lakeside, 金雁 hotel during my travel from Boston to Xiamen. I’d like to thank to 吴欣汝(Wu XinYu) who helped me arrange from beginning to end during my stay. She has arranged airport pickup, provided me with clear directions on the places I like to visit, make sure my stay at the hotel is comfortable, daily update of 10-11 PM snacks menu, and airport drop off. With her assistance, I had extremely pleasant stay in Xiamen. This hotel is designed very well; intuitively clear and easier to moving around. The room is super clean and staffs are very polite, attentive and ready to provide assistance if needed. I will stay again when I visit to Xiamen next time. Bonus, behind the hotel is a lake and walk paths around the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Service quality was top notch, and the rooms were very pleasant and very clean. The lake view was the icing on the cake. I was glad I had time to check out the swimming pool and gym, with their gorgeous views. The late night supper was a lovely touch, and the personalised service is something I have never experienced before at such a big hotel. Will be back!
