Outstanding hotel…everything quite excellent except reception people don’t understand any English! But their service is marvelous I must say…

My stay at the Orange Hotel (Jiaotong University location) was excellent. Housekeeping was great and the Line 6 station gets you to sightseeing in a few stops (easily) with the best local noodle shops downstairs. The breakfasts, with the coffee machine was a great way to start the day. The laundry facilities is an appreciated touch! The TV, batheoom/showerr and bed etc seemed luxury to me and their orange theme is cool! They do a very good job there at The Orange Hotel and I will stay there again, for 100% sure!

Great stay overall. The location was very convenient, especially with easy access to Xi’an Jiaotong University and the nearby metro. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well during the stay. Service was smooth and reliable, and the hotel felt well organized. One especially memorable part was the snowy view from the room window, which made the stay feel unique. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, with a good variety of hot dishes, noodles, vegetables, and simple local options. It was easy to have a filling meal before going out for the day. A very solid choice for business travel, with good facilities, convenient transport, and a pleasant overall experience.

This Orange Hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It is directly connected to the metro station, making travel incredibly efficient, and is perfectly situated next to Jiaotong University and the beautiful Xingqing Park. While the location is truly exceptional, we found that other aspects of the hotel did not quite meet the same high standard when compared to other Orange Hotels we've enjoyed in China. Our experience was good, though a few opportunities for enhancement would make it excellent: * We found the service from the staff to be functional rather than warmly welcoming. While efficient, a more engaging and friendly approach would significantly improve the guest experience. * The housekeeping was adequate, though the attention to detail could be improved to match the brand's usual standards. * The breakfast offered a solid basic selection, but the variety and quality of some items felt a bit plain and could be elevated to better start the day. In summary, this is a good hotel because of its prime location and overall functionality. We would stay again for the convenience, but hope to see the service and amenities refined to fully align with the positive experience we've had with the Orange brand elsewhere.

The reception staff were very kind and attentive. The hotel is right across the street from the university and a beautiful park. There are also a great range of restaurants just around the corner.
