So I got in at about midnight on Sunday, 19 of November. As I struggle a little bit with my Chinese, the staff were about to give a full description of the address to the Chinese driver and when I got in, they were helpful. I was hungry and they offered me some fruits, and showed me how to order online what I wanted to eat on a special application. Room was tidy and nice. Robot delivery service and my favorite was the kitchen staff. When I got in there for breakfast, they also welcomed me with a great smile and offer me a complimentary meal after having my breakfast. They were one or not the most nicest group of happy staffers I have met in all of my travel experience. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel to anyone traveling to Xi’an for different purposes. 房間衞生早餐挺好，工作人員服務挺好，機器人忙的話，專門會送外賣到房間。我遇到的不足之處:空調不製冷，開了一晚上温度一點都不下降；周圍環境比較嘈雜，開窗户會比較吵；對自駕遊客不友好，來的晚點酒店車位就都沒了，停在一個不礙事的角落，保安半夜十二點打電話讓挪車😂；電梯衹有一部到停車場，如果運氣不好，那就得到一樓中轉。

第二次住美居，這次在這邊有事連着住了一週，整體室內環境還不錯，前台工作人員有幾個小姑娘也挺好，有個叫張瑞瑞的小姑娘很熱情，笑容滿分，服務滿分👍，然後唯一一點就是早餐品種能多樣點就更完美了

前台服務都非常非常滿意，環境乾淨，前台會主動提供茶水，而且特別特別有耐心，周邊的小吃出行路線都會介紹，還給免費升級了房型，房間也很乾凈，進門一股淡淡的香味，早餐也很豐富，真的是一家寶藏酒店。以後就住這家了。

美居真的性價比超級棒!房間很大空調很暖和，客房大姐們把房間打掃的很乾凈，早餐品種也很多，很滿意的一次入住，尤其感謝前台許曉艷小姐姐特別有禮貌服務非常周到，因為腳受傷了打電話給前台問有沒有創可貼，她特別及時的上來還貼心的準備了碘伏棉簽，真的非常感謝！很好的一家店下次來西安首選這家，太棒了！

酒店位置離地鐵口挺近的，而且也有安排車接送，前台員工王柏超服務態度很好，很熱情幫忙升級了房間，早餐品種很豐富性價比很高的一家酒店
