Un hotel único en pleno corazón de una de las zonas turísticas más populares de Xi'an. Ofrece una excelente selección de servicios, como zapatillas de alta calidad. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Como no se puede acceder directamente al hotel en taxi, nos ofrecieron recogernos en el punto de recogida más cercano, cerca del Hotel Westin. El hotel está justo al lado de 大雁塔, y podemos ver la pagoda desde el balcón de nuestra habitación, ¡un lujo! El hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro, pero nos las arreglamos bien, ya que no nos importa caminar un poco, pero nos mantenemos alejados del tráfico y el ruido. El hotel está diseñado con mucho cuidado al detalle y el interior crea una atmósfera tranquila, justo lo que necesitamos después de un día ajetreado recorriendo la ciudad. La habitación en la que nos alojamos (con temática acuática) podría necesitar una reparación urgente, ya que la función de habitación inteligente no funciona y el cabezal de la ducha gotea mucho.

Hotel is in a great location if you wanna be in the party. Unfortunately none of the staff really speak English I was surprised buy that because it’s a fairly nice hotel. The hotel is also a bit tricky to fine but once you do it’s a great location. Even though I could not talk to the staff they were all very nice! I would recommend this hotel it’s fun and quirky!

Where do I even start? My time in Xi’an was unforgettable, and staying at Hermitage was a big reason why. Theres an older gentleman welcomed me with a hot bowl of noodles when I arrived in the rain. The next morning, when I brought my laptop down to work during breakfast, he thoughtfully set up the table and made sure I was seated somewhere with good lighting. On my birthday, the manager even surprised me with a cake. Just so many sweet little gestures that made the stay special. One thing to note: the hotel is located in a scenic area. Cars can’t drive all the way in, so you’ll need to walk a bit to reach the hotel. I happened to visit during Golden Week so some roads were blocked off due to crowd so getting in took a bit of rerouting. But honestly, the experience was so worth it. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Despite having no direct access to the roads(taxi, didi cannot drive you to the hotel directly), this hotel is exceptionally excellent! Particularly the attentiveness of the staff Will definitely visit again when I come to XiAn

The hotel was amazing and Summer was incredibly nice. We used the laundry service which was incredibly fast and the breakfast is also great. Very recommended!

This hotel is a beautiful gem tucked away on a side street but perfectly located for Xi’an sightseeing. The room and bathroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The low level lighting in the hotel gives a romantic feeling. The staff were friendly and accommodating although it seemed that they were not accustomed to getting many foreigners staying at the hotel. The only negative is that the hotel does not have a dining area which means that the breakfast is served in an adjoining restaurant. It is a set menu of Chinese options and although tasty the change in atmosphere and decor between the boutique design hotel and the restaurant is disappointing. Stay at the hotel and get breakfast elsewhere is my suggestion.

Loved this hotel. Excellent location and helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of is there is no driveway. You’ll need to walk 5 min to get a taxi. The best advice from someone in the reviews was to pin the Xi’an Westin hotel and take an easy 5 min walk on the paved footpath. The staff helped me with my luggage when it was heavily raining today on my way to the airport.

This hotel is located right beside the Yanta temple. It is kind of difficult to locate. Location is behind Chagee. If you are bringing huge luggae, be sure to stop at the correct drop off point. I would suggest to pick up/ drop off at Westin Xian. Its a 5m walk but the way is flat. So you can just pull you luggage. Hotel interior is design with sophisticated class. Its a stone throw away from the happening places.

位置非常特殊，緊挨大慈恩寺，大唐不夜城。打車到外圍，短距離步行至酒店，晚上很安靜。服務很好，早餐值得點贊。很多房間都可以看到大雁塔，房型多自行選擇豐儉由人。不過很多圖片顯示房間正對大雁塔的是套房，多少有點誤導人。早班機，離店時凌晨5點，西安的天空星星閃爍。

在西安幸福感特別強的一家酒店🏨 手寫的卡片，歡迎水果🍎，送到房間的下午茶☕️ 都感覺特別貼心💓 出門就是大悦城 ，大唐不夜城·大隱隱於市 陽台就是不用人擠人的大雁塔絕美機位  但是隔音又很好，完全聽不到外面的嘈雜🔊 真的是住在城市裡過着世外桃源的生活 還能從酒店通道到室外的公園⛲️ 環境超新每一處造景都很好看 庭院🍃是日式小京都的感覺
