Excelentes instalacionesy ubicación.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Está justo en la entrada sur de la Ciudad Eterna de la Dinastía Tang. Puedes ver los espectáculos de vasos y bailes cuando regresas al hotel por la noche. Vale la pena. ¡Gracias a Zoe y Kiko en la recepción por ayudarnos a mejorar la habitación! El desayuno es especialmente rico y cuenta con numerosos aperitivos locales. Hay poca gente en la piscina y el agua es clara, lo que hace que la estancia en general sea muy cómoda.

Cuando vine de viaje a Xi'an, originalmente planeé quedarme dos noches, pero decidí probar en otro hotel y, como mi experiencia fue buena, extendí mi estadía por dos noches más. La variedad del desayuno es moderada y la pasta es bastante buena para mí como extranjero, los amigos que vienen a Xi'an pueden probarla.

La primera vez que reservé este hotel estaba ubicado en la Ciudad Eterna de la Dinastía Tang. El nombre sonaba como un hotel de negocios antiguo, pero resultó no ser así. La decoración es absolutamente lujosa y el equipamiento del vestíbulo y de las habitaciones es muy nuevo. El servicio también fue excelente. Los gerentes del hotel, Wang Yijing y Liu Ru, llamaron y usaron WeChat para ayudar a organizar todo antes del check-in. La estadía fue tranquila y la experiencia fue excelente.

La habitación es limpia y grande, está cerca de la ciudad eterna de Datang y el desayuno es rico.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 PM and were warmly welcomed by a gentleman in a light blue jacket (apologies, we didn’t catch his name; he was slightly on the plump side). His friendly demeanor immediately made us feel at home. During check-in, we were attended to by Sam at the reception. Noticing that we had three kids with us, he thoughtfully offered some delicious snack crackers to keep us busy while waiting. The snacks were so tasty! As a family, we preferred our rooms to be close to each other. Unfortunately, the rooms we had reserved were at opposite corners of the building. Sam went the extra mile and consulted the Manager, Ms. Candy, for a solution. While we were ready to downgrade one of the family rooms to a standard room, Ms. Candy instead graciously upgraded one of the family rooms to a suite to accommodate our request. This gesture was deeply appreciated! The breakfast at the hotel was fabulous, offering a wide range of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, along with kid-friendly snacks. We had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Candy again in the lobby, where she provided excellent sightseeing advice. She recommended a visit to Mount Hua and even arranged for the hotel driver to take us there. The trip turned out to be absolutely fantastic, and we were in awe of the stunning mountain scenery. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Xi'an. Its location is superb—right next to Datang Everbright City, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.

We were upgraded to an even bigger room with a separate lounge area and a massive bathroom!The location is situated directly by 大唐不夜城!I will definitely come back and stay at Wyndham Grand again!

It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Zoe Kiko was very courteous, helpful & friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s near to the Everbright City. & within walking distance to the wild goose pagoda. We can a variety of delicious food around the hotel.

I loved this hotel, spacious rooms with great working air conditioning. They clean the rooms everyday. The staff are friendly. The hotel is majestic and well decorated. The hotels breakfast is wonderful with a great selection to choose from. A very convenient location and close to a metro station. At the end of my stay I wanted to stay longer for two reasons. The hotel was so comfortable and the Xi'an food is so delicious. I would definitely recommend.

What an amazing hotel, clean, grand. The staff is so helpful, kind and always there to help. They even arranged an upgrade, a cake and room decorations for my girl who had her birthday! The breakfast was the best we ever had! Caters for international and chinsese food. This hotel is one of the reasons we are coming back to Xi'an!
