This is no longer a hotel!! It's a homeless hostel. Booked through **********. only to arrive and find it's a shelter!! Do not book. Had to find a hotel for that night and pay more. Will be taking this up woth********** when I return from holiday

Absolute disgusting owners. Just a bunch of tax dodgers. Give your customers their money back. Hanging their staff out to dry, their Instagram account changed to car sales (to keep the followers)!!!!!

Had to move our wedding sate from August 2020 due to Covid-19. Tried calling, No answer, sent emails, wrote to owners with no reply. Managed to contact staff via linked in, they said that no contact from the owners had been made with them and they sre left in limbo on furlough. Was advised to book elsewhere as hotel probably wont be opening again. Shocking servuce by owners to customers and staff.

Absolutely disgusting no feed back no one to call to disguss anything its out of order . No emails being answerd no staff letting us no anything Absolutely nothing im fuming . Money paid for this wedding everything booked .
