El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca del aeropuerto, y el servicio al cliente es lo peor que he visto y lo he visto desde hace mucho tiempo. Reservé esta habitación el 27 de mayo, para el ingreso a las 1:00 del 30 de mayo. Lo hice porque tenía una dispensa de 5-6 hora entre vuelos. Quería duchar y dormir un poco entre vuelos. Explicaba mi situación a la persona de reserva y se dijo que las notas se realizarían en mi reserva sobre el tiempo de check-in. El tipo que trabajaba en el escritorio me dijo que ”no tenía reserva para mí en el sistema. Luego intentó decirme que mi reserva/camera ya no estaba disponible. Pero no podía explicar por qué no estaba si no hubiese una nota en el sistema acerca del tiempo que iba a ingresar. Me dio ”otra habitación”. Señales en el piso indicaban que era ” La habitación es muy tranquila. El mismo consejero estaba en el puesto cuando me fui a la oficina y era rudo en sus modos. Preguntó al agente sobre el coste de una habitación. El agente podría haber dado claramente al hombre un rango de precios. Eso es fácil. Sin embargo, evitó dar algunas especificaciones financieras en absoluto, y sólo dijo que depende, y no ofreció nada más. El hombre pagó por algunas snacks luego se fue. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede volver a encontrar en el hotel.
