a luxury modern 5 star hotel located in the center, everything is up to standard except the cold service in the front desk, I would suggest they should have more training.

The location is convenient, directly facing Taihu Square, and the facilities are well-equipped.

The whole experience was fantastic. Mr Xie, the master chef and the whole team made a fabulous buffet in the evening, a real highlight of a great city break. I cannot recommend enough the pork and the seafood offerings. Unbelievable quality of flavor and excellence. The hotel was also outstanding, but if you are in town, the buffet is the easiest way to a great experience! Sincere thanks to all involved, both in the kitchen and the hotel as a whole.

I came to Wuxi to see flowers. I want to stay in a hotel in the city with a good location on the last day. I think it's better to stay at the Intercontinental (after all, I feel that at least the service is guaranteed, so I chose this hotel) Room facilities: The washing is made of Berido (the key is that the smell of Berido doesn't seem to be a bit like a glue smell) It feels a little fake. The room is old and old. Forget it. I arranged a room at the edge (personally, I'm a little taboo), but I thought it was too late, so I let it go. I didn't expect that there were more speechless things. The hygiene was really bad. Many places were very dusty... Bed: The bed is probably too old. The packaging or something under the bed has fallen off (you can see it at a glance) Service: Fortunately, the service can be maintained by Intercontinental. It's as good as ever.

Good hotel for all kinds of travelers, More of a business hotel. Spacious rooms and advanced amenities made the stay comfortable. Breakfast are was quite large and felt tedious to fetch the items. Overall stay was comfortable.

Great hotel. Aging but gracefully. Excellent value. Great restaurant. Happy, friendly staff.

The room was spacious, glass panel washroom and nice bath tub. We were upgraded. The hugh bed was very comfortable. The aroma in the room was fresh and clean. Location of room was perfect, not far from lift. Breakfast was not provided but that was fine. It was convenient to try the local food near the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. We recommend that its swimming pool be heated.

Elevator is always full and you have to wait for the next one.

Very beautiful and big room. Breakfast spread is wonderful too. The service staff 小张 and 小李 at the reception counter are marvelous with superb service.
