Great hotel, centraly located, very nice clean rooms, complimentary coffee tea in the room, friendly helpful employees.
Only anoying experience is, that the check in procedures takes soo long, compared to other institutions. About 10 Minutes. It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following:
-Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com
- Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com
- Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant
- Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement)
- Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note.
Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster
Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!

La habitación está bien, te cobran cada día un precio diferente, una locura. El desayuno es bastante caro y no es nada del otro mundo, llevamos una semana que no ponen pan de molde (con los 15€ que te cobran, se ve que no les llega) y lo he reclamado ya dos veces,el zumo de tetrabrick, y la fruta que ponen, un poco pasada.

Habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, baño grande con ducha de lluvia, buenas camas con diferentes almohadas, excelente relación calidad-precio, personal muy agradable. El buffet de desayuno es fresco y tiene una amplia selección y no deja nada que desear por este precio (13,50 € por persona). El Barbeteich es igual de elegante y ofrece una amplia selección. ¡Ubicación perfecta!

Habitación muy agradable por el precio, incluso tienen una variedad de almohadas para elegir y una gran ducha de lluvia. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación es tranquila. La selección en el desayuno podría haber sido un poco más grande, por ejemplo, extrañé la leche vegetal.

El personal de la recepción es pobre. Sin GM. Los empleados (recepción) hacen lo que quiere, la discusión con los invitados no es infrecuente. LAMENTABLEMENTE ESTE HOTEL NO ES ABSOLUTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE EN ESTE MOMENTO

Muy bonito, tranquilo, limpio y acogedor. Básico. El único defecto es solo un enchufe utilizable y no tiene mini-bar. El bar en la planta baja es muy bonito y acogedor, el personal es amable y servicial. Bien climatizado.

El Hotel es fácil de encontrar y el Garaje en frente de la entrada y bien iluminado con espacio de estacionamiento para discapacitados; Bienvenida muy amable y la habitación es perfecta para una persona discapacitada en silla de ruedas. Todo ha sido pensado. El hotel está justo en el centro de Wuppertal y cerca del tren colgante. En la entrada hay un ascensor para la silla de ruedas, solo hay que pulsar el timbre. Bonita sala de desayuno grande con mucha variedad. En resumen, una gran recomendación.
