Exceptional Stay at Fairmont Wuhan! The service exceeded expectations attentive and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and feature modern amenities. The prime location offers convenient access to Wuhan Tianhe Airport and major train stations (approx. 30-40 minutes by car) Houkou less than 15. Early check-in at 10 AM was seamlessly accommodated, a huge + . Leisure facilities like the indoor pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch, perfect for relaxation or workouts. A flawless experience from start to finish!

I have booked for my birthday and I got a complimentary gift from hotel and I ask for a high floor room and they give me as it my birthday which very impress me a lot

reported the issue regarding aircon but after 2 days the issues was still not solve other than that, everything is good here

Great hotel, great huge room and the staff is very attentive for your every need. Facilities are only 4/5 for me because the swimming pool was not operational during my stay

This was our second stay in 2 years. Excellent stay. Booked a non-smoking room, which smelled of smoke and had residues of sigarette ash. Good service to change the room by the team. Breakfast with good choices, service oriented staff. Thank you

Had the most amazing time for my friends birthday, the stuff was very lovely and I had an easy time checking in and out. The restaurant at the hotel is also very lovely the stuff helped me organize my friends birthday dinner and decorated the table perfectly💕

It was a fabulous experience staying at Fairmont Wuhan, a top-notch hotel amongst the others in town. Excellent service, great food and super-convenient location in the commercial area

Booked the hotel for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and because of the pool available to use. After checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a deluxe room and were gifted a complementare tea/coffee voucher whilst we waited for our new room. Our luggage was taken up to the room whilst we enjoyed our coffee. The room was nice and clean and had a good view of the city. We decided to change and head down to the pool, only to be told a swimming cap was required if we wanted to swim, they had swim caps to buy but for the sake of a one night stay we decided not to purchase the swim caps as we wouldn't have used them again, I feel like had we known about this rule when booking we could have prepared our own to take. When we returned back to the room we decided to run a bath, whilst running the bath house keeping invited themselves into our room and then left when they realised it was occupied. We thought this was strange as we hadn't long checked in and didn't require housekeeping. Other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

Her professionalism and genuine care for our comfort were evident throughout our stay. Similarly, Huang Lina's dedication to maintaining our room's cleanliness and order was impeccable, and her efforts in the special decoration made our celebration even more memorable. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. We are deeply grateful for their contributions and will fondly remember this experience. The environment is very nice and the staff are friendly. We arrived late in the evening and the staff still made effort to find a good place for us to try the local good food. Really appreciate their help. My colleague enjoyed the Spa there. Excellent service. I regret I have no time to enjoy the Spa because of work commitments. Must come again in the other trip in Wuhan.
