Everything is good and excellent except checking in hiccups. The front desk couldn’t find my bookings under my name even with their hotel confirmation number, trip.com email three days prior confirmation, passport, etc. It’s midnight after almost 20 hours flying, it’s not so funny. I sweat quite a bit. After I insist she tried few more times and she finally found it. Hallelujah. However I do appreciate there is a life person at the front desk during midnight hours.
