Me quedé un par de veces, hablemos de la insuficiencia, en algunas habitaciones no puedo ver la televisión, en algunas habitaciones no puedo escuchar la música de fondo, y algunas habitaciones tienen un olor fuerte y la actitud de la recepción es bastante fría. y no hay sonrisa en absoluto. Ventajas, se puede arreglar el check-in temprano, la selección de música de fondo en la habitación es muy buena, es cómodo qued**** dormido y no será despertado por otros ruidos, las cortinas se abren y cierran automáticamente, aunque no hay buena vista.

前面的我已經評價了，我不再重複了，這次是帶家人一起來的，所以定了兩個房，家人也住得不舒服，體驗感實在太差了，比那種幾十塊的青年旅館都差，我是衝著麗楓酒店的品牌來的，沒有想到是花錢買了這樣的服務，實在太差了，其他麗楓應該都不錯，就是這家麗楓我建議大家不要過來消費，體驗感真的很差，我跟他們無冤無仇不會針對什麼，我説的全部都是真實的，我就是覺得被忽悠當**一樣，酒店的問題他們自己還看不到嗎？完全不重視，這樣的服務開什麼酒店，完全就是在砸招牌

酒店價格不算便宜，開車停在酒店門口，停車位很難停。明明到處都是監控，車被擦花了，監控居然調不出來。酒店方還一直都沒有一個管理人員出面，讓一個前台小妹妹跟我對接，還一直都沒個可以説話算數的人當面解決問題。打電話溝通，意思是車是免費停的，酒店不負責車輛安全，衹配合取證。那行啊，那你配合取證，監控倒是調出來啊！明明有監控，監控一會兒又是壞的，看不到，一會兒又是太遠了，看不清，查不出來。那這個事情，就該我自己活該倒黴嗎？一個經理打電話，意思退一百塊錢房費解決。誰稀罕一百塊錢？好好的車停在門口，擦花了我就是冤大頭！！那既然停車場不是你們提供服務的地點，那為什麼要在房間介紹裏説有停車位？停車不是你們的客服條件嗎？如果沒有停車位，我為什麼要來住酒店？！車被弄壞了，一句配合調查就完了，那倒是證據給我呀！！那麼多監控，沒一個好的！！那我就該作為外地人出門被欺負？房間裏的牀頭櫃，孩子睡覺翻身還在牀頭櫃的尖角上撞傷了。這都沒找他們説什麼，畢竟自己睡覺翻身撞到的。真是搞笑得很！還號稱連鎖酒店！！根本就不是麓風酒店的標準！

隔音非常非常非常差.住了兩晚 每天晚上別人走過樓道的聲音聽的非常清楚 躺在床上都能聽見別的房間開水和放水龍頭的聲音.第一天早上七點多還在睡覺的時候就聽見不知道是誰在大聲吵架吵了很久.然後過了會又有工作人員來敲門 也沒開口問屋裡有沒有人就直接拿房卡把門開了 還好昨晚是插了鎖鈎睡了 然後我大聲問了一句是誰 工作人員才説了句原來屋裡有人在.根本沒辦法好好休息!!!!!!

以為麗楓酒店水準都一樣的，住進來才發現除了地址靠近黃鶴樓一個優點外，其它的衹有三個字：臟亂差。物品陳舊，衞生間黴漬，屋裡怪味。因為帶着長者拖着行李，衹有兩晚就忍着住下了。奉勸想定酒店的朋友們一定要謹慎。

牆壁床頭藏灰明顯，洗手間破舊，洗浴門卡死，插座多數不能用，電話不能用，淋浴花灑破舊，水壓小，風筒無熱水，插座不穩固，這家很差勁👎，強烈不推薦入住。
