"We stayed in Unit 221. There was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was filthy, the master bedroom was miserably hot. It’s in a great location and the staff are friendly, but they did not seem concerned when we informed them of an electrical short in the master bedroom. We ended up checking out a day earlier. I typically do not write reviews, but I do not want someone else to be put in the same situation."

"The view was indeed beautiful, facing the sea, and you could see the sunrise. However, you couldn't see the sunset (wrong direction). The room was too small; once the sofa bed was up, it took up the entire living room, making it impossible to walk."

"The lady that took care of me at the front desk was very rude.I came from a 4 hour drive and to enjoy with my Family. First thing I do when I arrive there was go in there and check in and she was so rude to me, I just wanted to cancel my reservation. Other than that everything else was good. They do need a microwave in the room because the one at the lobby was very dirty."

"Everything was great! "Peaches" was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a "Bay front" room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years."

"Great place to stay with a family on the Ocean City beach. This hotel is located in a more quiet section of the boardwalk. Has excellent amenities and activities for kids. Kids eat free at the restaurants and great service by the pools. Housekeeping was really backed up with cleaning the rooms as it was a busy time but they got to my room every day."
