They staff and really nice, Always would say hello and polite and very attentive However our room was tired old dirty and grubby. Reminded me of a 1980s hotel that was in need to a major decorate and tidy up . Carpets we really grim , marks on curtains and walls were marked , it’s a shame as location is great and the staff are great .

Have stayed here before with a group last year so knew location was good for where we were going. There was/is an issue with the group booking for the most recent stay and double payment and 2 rooms booked for each of us which is already being dealt with at head office as waiting for a refund for this but is taking its time. Angie the receptionist who was on both Friday when we checked in and Saturday when we returned was absolutely brilliant with the group and looked into booking situation and gave us all a present when we went down for dinner. Bed was very comfy, but when you are 4ft 9in was a bit of an effort to climb in. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely friendly hotel. Good quiet location. Large rooms. Beefeater good food. Great staff one of the better premier inns. Only thing no air conditioning. Good value It could benefit from a refit as doors etc bit aged. But all in all a good stay

We stayed here to visit family, not the most decorative building inside, tired & dated; however, that said the girls on the desk more than make up for it especially Angi she really is an angel, although there were other people waiting in the reception she made us feel as though we were the only ones, despite the rather rude person behind us, she even walked us to our rooms (my mother was a bit fragile and she helped with the luggage) absolute credit...thank you Angi look forward to seeing you in September

Very nice and spacious room, one of the nicest premier inns I've stayed in as far as quality of rooms are concerned. As always, all staff were lovely to talk to as well. Only negative I can think of which is more of a nitpick is maybe a slightly larger car park, but I appreciate that's not a straightforward fix

Regularly stay at this Premier Inn. It’s definitely a book early to avoid disappointment. Top class treatment by Wendy on reception. You could not ask to meet a nicer group of people. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Look forward to my visits

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were warmly greeted by Naz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He kindly offered to assist with our luggage, which we truly appreciated as our little one was fast asleep. Naz’s kind and pleasant manner instantly put us at ease after a long journey. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet, allowing us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay, and we were really grateful for the excellent service.

Staff were brilliant and really helpful. I admit I was concerned about some reviews here but I should not have worried. Room was clean and yes there is no cleaning unless you request it which I personally think should be the other way around, but that’s just personal preference. There was some fraying and signs of wear in the room, however it was perfectly fine and didn’t affect me. Would recommend this hotel

Stayed with partner to see family in Crewe. Good hotel with great staff, Ange and Patty were amazing, went above and beyond to help with my partners disabilities and couldn’t be more accommodating if they tried! 100% recommend to family and friends whilst up the way.

Hotel is in a great location to get too Rooms need updating bathroom very old and felt dirty Curtains in room had marks on like paint or makeup Had to keep Curtains close due to no net Curtain up so people walking pass could see right in. Checking out was quick but staff asking you to rate 5 star so they can have a free drunken night out on the boss

We booked for one night Upon arrival we were allocated our room First floor at the back First impression on arrival weren’t the best The corridor had a door with a boarded up window The room when opened had a strange smell The room itself was tired and in need of a referb There were no USB points to charge your phone Bathroom old and dated All a bit shabby We paid for the upgrade for the meal Most was an added extra we did add an additional course £6.00 for two and had one coke and one alcoholic drink which added £25.00 to a pre-paid meal Breakfast wasn’t the best - eggs all hard rest was all a bit left out - toast was nice that I cooked myself Staff however were very friendly and attentive
