Esta fue la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y la experiencia siempre fue increíble. Realmente nos gustó la habitación que reservamos esta vez y el ambiente, la vista y la experiencia fueron buenos. Lamentablemente, los platos durante el desayuno fueron bastante sosos y la variedad fue muy limitada, pero realmente nos gustaron las reubicaciones en los pisos superiores, tuvimos muy buenas vistas e hicieron que todo el desayuno fuera bastante agradable. De todos modos, siempre recomendaremos este hotel y definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí nuevamente en el futuro, 😁

Es la primera vez que me alojo aquí y estoy muy contenta. La habitación está limpia y la comida también es deliciosa. Tal vez si el hotel añadiera un parque infantil, sería más divertido y los niños estarían más contentos.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, the service is very warm, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete, and it feels like home! Very good! It is a hotel worth staying in for travel, vacation and business trip!

Services and supports are generally okay, but English speaking is limited. So communication can be challenging sometimes. Great food at the hotel.

Great location. Room is clean, spacious, nice and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Will repeat again to stay here in future. Very recommended.

We just stayed for one night, however the rooms didn't have the breakfast was not tasty, in the rooms the windows could not be opened, and there were stains everywhere...

Hotel is nice and quite central placed to all attractions and malls in Surabaya. Service was top notch and I love how there are water dispensors near each floor's lift lobby to help eliminate plastic waste and encourage reusable bottles. The only critique I have is that the towels and toilet seat look quite old. The fibers are sparce and thin, and the seat is visibly glued back after it broke). Hairdryer is also available only on request. Otherwise, it is a really nice hotel and I will definitely still come back here the next time I am in Surabaya.
