酒店適合年紀大的人來度假，家庭房不錯，設計了2個房間有3張床，洗手枱設計了2個，雖然酒店年數多了，但是還是比較用心來運營的

This was an extremely suboptimal experience. The hotel is very dated and the room stank of cigarettes and sweat. We had to open the door for hours to clear the smell out. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was really saggy in the middle and felt like a cot bed. The restaurant had very poor vegan options. Dinner was a few chopped up vegetables in a mystery sauce. Breakfast was cucumber and tomato. We really didn't enjoy our stay.

The hotel is located in Wolfheze. A very small town, not even a supermarkt. The nature around the hotel is lovely! Lots of possibilities for walks, runs or a bike tour. The hotel has plenty of parkingspace. The rooms are a bit outdated, but spacious and clean. We had a room on the ground floor + terrace. That was was not clean. There was even a used teabag on the floor! The indoor pool is nice. And we enjoyed our dinner (in our room). Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice. Unfortunately around 9.30 there was not a lot of bread. And the jar with orange juice was empty. We had a nice stay. The hotel just needs a little more attention to detail.

Had a nice stay with the family, but absence of fridge spoiled everything. Reception was kind to offer their fridge, but it is still not a solution. Authors of the fridge ban are invited to travel with 2-3 children wailing up at night and asking for food or milk.

Een gemaakte reservering is door fletcher geannuleerd zonder opgaaf van redenen. In de pers hebben we moeten vernemen dat fletcher de voorkeur geeft aan een lucratiever verdienmodel: opvang van asielzoekers. Zonder een oordeel te geven over de opvang van asielzoekers is de respectloze houding jegens vaste klanten door een leugenachtige want verzwegen reden te geven, voor ons een reden nooit meer voor fletcher te kiezen.

Het hotel ligt prachtig in de bossen. Kamers zijn gedateerd. Badkamer is verouderd en bij warm weer is het er erg warm in het hotel. Geen airco. Een raam open zetten moet je creatief zijn door een waterflesje tussen raam en sponning te plaatsen. Het ontbijt is er voldoende. Avondeten is beperkte keuze maar lekker.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Preise war ok. Das Essen war frisch und heiss. Wir mussten nicht lange drauf warten. Das Personal war nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gab nicht so viel Auswahl. Jedoch wurde das Essen schick angerichtet.

Prachtig gelegen gedateerd hotel Maar ohoh wat een waardeloos eten. Erg groot hotel, superaardig personeel, wel heel erg gehorig en douche in bad met gordijn. Mooie kamer met balkon en zitje! De omgeving is mooi en de tuin ook. Vlakbij Arnhem
