"I am very disappointed in the doing business with La Quinta. I am traveling with my granddaughter who became very ill with a virus and had to cancel my reservation. I was notified by trip.com to provide medical proof. I provided the doctor's note and received another email requesting additional medical notes, etc. My daughter the mother of my grandchild states she is not providing them with all her personal information and medical notes should be sufficient. I do not have any control of my granddaughter getting a virus which caused her to have diarrhea/vomiting/and headaches. I find it very unfair La Quinta is unwilling to give me a refund. this is Definity bad customer service. I will never make any further reservations with La Quinta/My trip .com."

"It doesn't matter that the hotel is small. But hygiene must be up to standard. This hygiene is extremely poor. Bedding and dirty. The key is bed bugs all over the sheets. Checked in for two hours. Checked out after finding bed bugs. Deducted 60% of my room fee Isn’t it annoying?"

"The check in process was quick and easy. They accommodated a room change. The location is right across from Bradley airport. There are many restaurants and attractions near by. W e went to the New England Air Museum. The staff was so kind and everything was clean and comfortable. We will be staying again."

"The shower and toilet are separated into two areas. The sofa bed can satisfy the needs of boys and girls to sleep separately, and the comfort level is acceptable. There are many types of breakfast, and the cheese eggs and pork fillet egg burgers can adapt to Chinese stomachs. The only problem in the room is that the anti-lock buckle is broken, so I had to use a box to prop up the door, and I slept in fear all night."
