"The room smelled funny. As if a wet dog had stayed there. No coffee machine in the room. The pool is closed for good! They poured concrete in it. So false advertising! Breakfast consists of some types of corn flakes and pre-packed honey buns. Only 2 tables to sit at. Bathroom needs to be renovated!"

"I am an Amazon guest staying for a four-week assignment. My reservation was for a kitchenette suite, but I was initially placed in a standard double queen room with only a mini refrigerator and microwave. I immediately informed the front desk that I had brought frozen food for my month-long stay and would lose it without freezer access. Despite raising this concern upon arrival, again the following morning, and again after training, I was repeatedly told I would be moved “tomorrow,” while other guests from my group were moved first. I ultimately lost approximately a dozen frozen meals before finally being moved to the correct room. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter with the Front Office Manager and later the General Manager, but have received little to no meaningful communication or follow-up. My biggest disappointment is the lack of customer service and responsiveness. Additionally, on two occasions the complimentary breakfast was not ready at its advertised 6:00 a.m. start time, causing many guests, including myself, to leave for work without breakfast. I am requesting a review of this experience and appropriate compensation for the food loss and poor customer service."
