We enjoyed our stay. Food was good . We ate breakfast & dinner on both mornings/ evening . Entertainment was fun . Areas around the hotel needed attention . Toilets didn’t have toilet paper one day. Car park was organised. Bar staff friendly. Thought staff on reception were a bit scruffy but friendly . Rooms were adequate and had all what we needed for our stay but we witnessed some guests complaining about not having clothes hangers in their room. Would stay here again but probably prefer to be staying nearer the town. Lastly we didn’t have a bill to check as it was already charged to a card we had to give at the beginning of our stay. On the way home I checked my inline bank and realised u had been overcharged £4 . Not a great amount but never the less it was an overcharge . I phoned the hotel and was promised a refund but not before I was asked questions to prove had been overcharged by disclosing where I had seen cheaper prices .

Nice bar rooms where lovely staff nice and helpful the a spare and grillhouse on games room must stay

They are really friendy when we did arrived , the room was very clean , and the view of oir room was brilliant sea view. Absolutely price was great so defo book it again . Recommended 👌

Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre. The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink. We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it! Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.
