Lo primero es que el hotel estaba en remodelación y no se me notificó. Ya eso ocasiona inconvenientes de acceso al hotel. Una puerta estaba clausurada.
1. El aire acondicionado tenía imperfectos por lo que nos cambiaron de cuarto.
2. El segundo cuarto tenía el matress hundido no se podía descansar bien. Nos mudaron de cuarto otra vez.
3. Al hacer el check out nos notifican en el counter que teniamos una noche adicional, por.lo cual no pudimos aprovechar porque teniamos que tomar un avion para regresar a nuestra isla.
NOTA. Solo agradecemos a una empleada quien fue muy amable Sa. Aileen quien nos escuchó e hizo lo que estaba en sus manos porque las decisiones las tomaba el hotel.
La gerencia general sin embargo, no contestó positivamente nuestra petición de descuento. Se trataba de nuestras vacaciones, se supone que hubiera sido confortable y amena.
4. Con tantos inconvenientes solicitamos.el reembolso de nuestra estadía.

The room we were in needs some small maintenance like the sink squirts out sideways, and there is hardly any light over the sink (outside the toilet/shower stall) but everything else seemed to work fine. Nice to have a closing door and not a barn door at the toilet area for privacy. Stayed during a cheer conference and there were girls literally screaming outside our room and running up and down the hall upstairs from us, but they stopped after about 10pm so we were able to sleep.

Checking in only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel ( was told unapologetically that other had flat tire) . Then when we explained the refrigerator was not very cold i was told “ I’m here alone, what do you want Me to do about it?” In a fairly rude tone. I understand possibly not having staff in hand but a “ I’ll look into it” or “ can it wait until morning?” Anything like that would have been appreciated- after none of that said or offered staff then said “ well what? Do you want to switch rooms?” I’m mobility impaired, traveling with kids and we had just lugged everything up to the 4th floor with No cart that would have been a Huge Inconvenience….. it wasn’t even so much about the refrigerator at that point but more about the Tone of the entire interaction…… extremely disappointing. We later went to the pool which had no towels and hot tub level was very low ( tgat was rectified before we left , refrigerator was never addressed) we understand it’s a busy travel weekend & we are not unreasonable but the attitude really made an impact to the point we wouldn’t recommend staying here .

Pleasantly surprised by the interior cleanliness and decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and all furniture from west elm. Very nice!

My girlfriend and I stayed here from October 30th-November 6th for her first ever visit to Rhode Island. The hotel did not disappoint. It was excellent. Wonderful staff that had been courtesy with their service. Nice pool and hot tub that we both used frequently. Nice gym workout room for me in the mornings. Free breakfast every morning to top it all off.
I will definitely stay here again and I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Very overpriced. Have stayed at other Spring hill Suites . Very small , No Clock? Once again in the middle of a indust. park Just way too much money for this place
