The hotel is comfortable but I personally not comfortable with the empty storage room, it would be better if there was no storage room. The facilities are okay, clean, & the staff is friendly. So far so good

Good location. This hotel is better for Local Indonesian only for short stay. Or better for couples for a few hours. The first time, they gave me a room, at 7th floor, a fully bad smell with disgusting. Lots of ants and uncleaned. Then I requested to change the room and they gave me a second room on the 9th floor. Somewhat good. But cleaners don't do proper cleaning jobs. Also, the comed collar was broken. Mainly, time has to come change the floor carpets. Mainly noticed, very uncleaned hotel. Common areas also with lot of dirt. I think cleaners don't do their job properly.

Friendly staff, but the hotel needs improvement. There are stains on the bedsheet, the carpet is dirty even as you enter, and the toilet seat is torn and worn. Staff changed my bedsheets and only stayed one night.
