Hoteles en West Covina con Wifi

BW WEST COVINA was the perfect spot for us, being in the middle of where we want to go. As a family traveler, it was welcome news to find out that there's Walmart, Target and others within 1 km walking distance, Denny's and others are at the back with 250 m walking distance. There's nearby, walkable places to dine, shop and other tourist things that can be done. The BEST THING of course is the hotel front desk is very hospitable, helpful and considerate. Mr. Martin, specially made our stay there comfortable, stress free, easy and fun. Thank you Mr. Martin. They accommodated my request to store my luggage's while we were on a Bus Tour, checking In and Out was a breeze. Breakfast is free and always filled up by the gracious lady in charge. The place is very clean and tidy. The room given us was large and comfortable for the four of us, cleaned and tidied everyday. Thank you BW West Covina Management & Staff, i would like to stay there again when we come back. Photo -Lobby with the newly erected Christmas Tree!

La señora en frente me cobraba $25 depósito, me encontré en la habitación y la TV y ac no estaban funcionando. Si alguien hubiera subido y corrigido para que se desactivara otra vez. Solicitado una devolución y se negó. Se dijo que sólo el $25 depósito sería reembolsable. La familia que lleva este hotel es tan poco profesional y no saludable. Un hombre en el frente incluso salió a pie. Por favor no te quedes aquí, no recibirás una devolución y están mal hablando con la gente.

Buena ubicación, cerca de alta velocidad. Está cerca del centro comercial y los restaurantes de los alrededores también son buenos. Todos están a poca distancia y son muy convenientes. La habitación estaba limpia, el baño era grande y los alrededores eran bastante tranquilos. Satisfacción general.

Clean, pleasant. Albeit a smell in the room but couldn’t figure out if it was a cleaning product or building product but wasn’t too bothersome. Good location as close to the freeway. Outside of LA which wasn’t too bad for us as we travelled around but if wanting to explore central LA it’s a good hour with traffic. Overall. Pleased with choice. Front of house were welcoming :)

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.
