Ich war geschäftlich hier für eine Nacht. Moderne neue Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Morgenessen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr nett. Die Autobahn ist nicht weit entfernt und es hat im Gebäude ein Einkaufszentrum mit Pizzeria

Friendly staff, they pleased our every wish (and there were quite a few) with our 1,5 years old child. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. A part of the hotel is also a super restaurant. The prices in restaurant are quite high, but the food is also on a higher level. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre with migros, coop,...the rail station and a small old town city centre is a few minutes away

Tenemos un evento familiar para 24 horas, con la mayoría de los que se quedan en el hotel. El hotel está dividido en dos secciones, la parte renovada (2016) está en una pequeña carretera, pero es totalmente autosuficiente, excepto para la sala de desayuno que está en el edificio original ( también muy bien designada, luminosa y aireada, pero también acogedora). We had a really enjoyable 3 nights, the two best attributes are the very friendly and helpful staff, and the complimentary bar. The rooms were well fitted out and modern, had a lovely stylish bathroom, very comfortable beds, and crisp linen. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of regional produce including fresh baked rolls and cheeses. My only surprise was that there was no air con as kr was the height of the heatwave, but the hotel staff gave us an excellent fan which aided sleep. There could be a place to sit inside which is quiet and away on its own. Felt calm, relaxed and taken care of at the end of the stay and would definitely come back or try other Accor hotels.

Sigue siendo muy bueno. Al menos fui ese día. Hay un estacionamiento interior. A 5 minutos en coche de Basilea. Zurich se puede conectar directamente a la autopista. Es particularmente conveniente para los negocios. Vale la pena.

War im August 2023 für eine Nacht mit der Familie in diesem B&B. Kommen wir zum Check In! Ich musste beim Check Inn Englisch sprechen! Wieso kann man in Basel an der Rezeption kein Deutsch???? Nun das Zimmer, wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Zimmer war schön gross und sauber. Die Klimaanlage läuft gar nicht man kann einstellen was man will Sie läuft nicht. Ich nehme böse an das Sie vom Hotel bewusst abgestellt wurde. Was ich auch noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen habe sind die Fenster ohne Griffe!!! Man kann die Fenster weder öffnen noch schliessen!?!? Nun das Frühstück! Was soll ich sagen es war überschaubar und Eklig zugleich! Habe mir Salami und S*****en genommen und das Zeuch regelrecht ausgespuckt! Ja man hat uns zum Frühstück, tatsächlich Salami und S*****en serviert der wohl schon seit Tagen nicht mehr geniessbar war!

Estabamos en este hotel con nuestra familia durante una semana para hacer un viaje a varias ciudades. Es un hotel muy limpio y tranquilo. No se encontraron mosquitos (importante para nosotros ivm con alergia). Además, la habitación familiar es muy útil para una familia. Para una cotización adicional puedes disfrutar de un desayuno, así que lo hemos hecho. También podíamos estacionar nuestro coche (cotización adicional). El personal fue muy amable, especialmente la Sra. Alla nos ha ayudado muy bien, con una estancia muy cómoda para nosotros.

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.
