He estado aquí muchas veces y esto es una revisión actualizada. El hotel es un buen estilo y las habitaciones son grandes. Me gusta el diseño y el escritorio para trabajar. Internet es bueno. Hay un gran ruido notable de la calle. Cuando me ingresé, me informó de una tasa de 5 dólares por custodio - que, considerando que estaba allí durante una noche parecía muy extraño, y como dejaría normalmente un consejo de custodio pensaba que era una manera de decir, subpagamos a nuestros custodios, Así que deberías pagar por ellos por nosotros. El desayuno estaría bien, pero la habitación es demasiado ocupada y se apresura a disfrutar. El café es bueno. No me sentí un poco de apreciación por ser un huésped de calidad Marriott. Me quedaré otra vez, pero me sentí un poco de actitud desde el momento en que nos saludamos, y no pude agitarlo durante la estancia rápida.

Me encanta el hotel IHG. El precio es bueno y las instalaciones son mucho mejor que muchos motels. La mesa delantera era amable y el desayuno era maravilloso. Fuimos a Leavenworth para Navidad, pero el precio de los hoteles en Leavenworth era loco. Wenatchee será un buen lugar para considerar.

Nos gusta mucho venir a Wenatchee porque esta a la mitad de todo como leavenworth y chelan, la pasamos muy bien el último día en la alberca y nos fuimos muy contentos a casa, muchas gracias por todo! Hope es muy amable con mis hijos y Juan nos atendió estupendo en la recepción.

El personal del hotel fue amable y servicial. Las habitaciones y los pasillos estaban limpios. El personal siempre llevaba una máscara. Faltaba el desayuno de cortesía, ya que alguien que no come carne solo tiene huevos revueltos, tocino y vasitos de frutas (empaquetados en almíbar). Los bagels o las tostadas hubieran estado bien, pero tengo entendido que es un servicio gratuito. Tuve que inscribirme para el uso de la piscina debido a Covid, por lo que no pudimos usar la piscina la primera noche, pero fue muy agradable tenerlo todo para nosotros durante el horario en el que nos inscribimos.

There were many reasons why my stay was unpleasant. The first was that the ice machine was broken and then was no alternative offered to me when I asked the staff if I could get any ice. the second reason is that the internet did not work at all. I had work to do on my laptop but could not get anything to load at all. There must have been a pet accommodating room directly above mine, because there was what sounded like a dof running around constantly during my stay from the time I got there until about 10pm, and started back up around 5am. The included ”continental breakfast” was just a Costco muffin and a tiny apple... very lame. The biggest problem I encountered though: there were big, long hairs in every single bath towel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. It was way too expensive for such a poor experience. serious changes need to be implemented at this hotel, or just be shut down. I definitely overpaid for this hotel and would feel much better with a price reduction... I was very disappointed in my stay and WILL NOT recommend any Travelodge by Wyndham to anyone. Knowing this is an acceptable standard from the parent company is shocking. I feel taken advantage of due to inaccurate descriptions (ice machine, internet, breakfast included) when the facilities/amenities were broken, did not exist, or were very sad attempts at meeting the expectations that were set.

La parte que no puedo tratar es tratar con un comportamiento indignante y brutal sobre una política que no se nota con el agente de reserva que usé. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. No me preguntó si quería cancelarlo. Me dijo que lo cancelaba! Estaba tarde en la noche. No tenía otro lugar para ir. Me tenía donde me quería y no tenía otra opción que cerrar y pagar la tasa esperando que lo devolvieran sin problemas. La parte que no puedo tratar es tratar con un comportamiento indignante y brutal sobre una política que no se nota con el agente de reserva que usé. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. No me preguntó si quería cancelarlo. Me dijo que lo cancelaba! Estaba tarde en la noche. No tenía otro lugar para ir. Me tenía donde me quería y no tenía otra opción que cerrar y pagar la tasa esperando que lo devolvieran sin problemas. Aquí está la habitación de la habitación, y la habitación de la habitación está muy bien.

El personal del hotel fue amable y servicial. Las habitaciones y los pasillos estaban limpios. El personal siempre llevaba una máscara. Faltaba el desayuno de cortesía, ya que alguien que no come carne solo tiene huevos revueltos, tocino y vasitos de frutas (empaquetados en almíbar). Los bagels o las tostadas hubieran estado bien, pero tengo entendido que es un servicio gratuito. Tuve que inscribirme para el uso de la piscina debido a Covid, por lo que no pudimos usar la piscina la primera noche, pero fue muy agradable tenerlo todo para nosotros durante el horario en el que nos inscribimos.

Al llegar, pensé que había cometido un gran error al elegir esta ubicación en medio de almacenes industriales y vías férreas. Pero, después de un breve examen después de Checkin - no podía haber sido más equivocado. Este lugar es una joya. El hotel está situado en el río Columbia y está a la vez a la vista del hotel. Puedes pasear por jardines, esculturas y árboles sombrios como paseo por el río. Además hay un puente pedestrian que conecta el parque (y el hotel) al centro de Wenatchee. Aquí puedes encontrar cervezas, cafés y restaurantes. Soy un gran fan!

There were many reasons why my stay was unpleasant. The first was that the ice machine was broken and then was no alternative offered to me when I asked the staff if I could get any ice. the second reason is that the internet did not work at all. I had work to do on my laptop but could not get anything to load at all. There must have been a pet accommodating room directly above mine, because there was what sounded like a dof running around constantly during my stay from the time I got there until about 10pm, and started back up around 5am. The included ”continental breakfast” was just a Costco muffin and a tiny apple... very lame. The biggest problem I encountered though: there were big, long hairs in every single bath towel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. It was way too expensive for such a poor experience. serious changes need to be implemented at this hotel, or just be shut down. I definitely overpaid for this hotel and would feel much better with a price reduction... I was very disappointed in my stay and WILL NOT recommend any Travelodge by Wyndham to anyone. Knowing this is an acceptable standard from the parent company is shocking. I feel taken advantage of due to inaccurate descriptions (ice machine, internet, breakfast included) when the facilities/amenities were broken, did not exist, or were very sad attempts at meeting the expectations that were set.

He estado aquí muchas veces y esto es una revisión actualizada. El hotel es un buen estilo y las habitaciones son grandes. Me gusta el diseño y el escritorio para trabajar. Internet es bueno. Hay un gran ruido notable de la calle. Cuando me ingresé, me informó de una tasa de 5 dólares por custodio - que, considerando que estaba allí durante una noche parecía muy extraño, y como dejaría normalmente un consejo de custodio pensaba que era una manera de decir, subpagamos a nuestros custodios, Así que deberías pagar por ellos por nosotros. El desayuno estaría bien, pero la habitación es demasiado ocupada y se apresura a disfrutar. El café es bueno. No me sentí un poco de apreciación por ser un huésped de calidad Marriott. Me quedaré otra vez, pero me sentí un poco de actitud desde el momento en que nos saludamos, y no pude agitarlo durante la estancia rápida.
