Reservé este hotel en lugar de una cadena pensando que nuestra empresa necesitaba independientemente. Fue un viaje especial para mí y mi nieto a Wembley. Arrivamos alrededor de las 3:00. Se pidió que esperara en una recepción muy bien, después de 5 minutos i fue dado tarjeta a nuestra habitación. La puerta estaba abierta la habitación era una punta, Así que nos fuimos, levantamos muy grubby los tapices muy pintadas y sucias, pilas de hojas y bolsas negras en una pila. Dijo también la recepción que noté que era un doble. Le pedí la recepción que mi reserva es un gemelo. Ella se disculpó y nos pidió que esperara más. Pregunté si me podía decir dónde estaba el restaurante o el café mientras esperabamos. Habíamos viajado desde esa mañana 9.30. La respuesta fue lamentable que no tengamos ninguna parte. Le dije que tu sitio web y en Hotel.com dije que tienes restaurantes,deli y café. Dijo que no se cerraron hace un año. Sólo abrimos en un evento. Me dijeron que me tomara una copa para salir a Wembley. La otra opción para esperar hasta que obtengamos nuestra habitación tiene una caldera. A las 4:00 me dieron la habitación. Llamé hotel.com, les dije la situación que llamaron al hotel que les dijeron que no podían tener un correo electrónico porque no había nadie para hacerlo, para comprobar la situación y no se le permitió. En 4.20pm tenemos una habitación. Se me dijo que me gustaría. Sí, era un gemelo, tenía una TV en el baño que no me interesaba en absoluto. Tetas de carpetas, las camas eran viejas y podían sentir primaveras. La cama estaba limpia. Reservé el desayuno en el que estaban ofreciendo. Es el peor desayuno que he tenido en un hotel llamado 4 estrellas. Tenía una taza de café instantáneo. La fresca era terrible. No hay yogur fresco claro era una manzana o una naranja, no hay granola, sólo congelados y flor de maíz. Mi sobrino ordenó el desayuno. El es marrón de hash y algunas harinas. Dijo que el bacon y salsa sabía terrible. Se parecían terribles, pero me mantuve mi pensamiento a mí mismo. Hotel.com obtuvo InTouch de nuevo con el gerente y pidió una devolución para que pudiera reubicarme. Me negó esto. Aunque daban falsa publicidad. Así que tuvimos que quedarnos la noche pasada. No fuimos abajo para el desayuno. Hotel.com me dio un pequeño recibo para usar en otra viaje como una lástima. Por lo tanto, por favor, reserve si va a Wembley no reserva este hotel porque no tiene ninguna instalaciones, pero cobra el precio completo como si fueran. Sinceramente, después de años de trabajo en esta industria y viajar en todo el mundo, esto es uno de los peores que he estado en, si hubieran dicho la verdad y los precios reducidos como una 2 estrella que estaría bien.

Ibis siempre packe un buen punch por su precio. Grande habitación agradable desayuno y limpia todo. Todo fue muy bien excepto un ascensor defectuoso que significaba que sólo teníamos uno para cada huésped, pero no era el fin del mundo.

Stayed here for one night to go to a show at Wembley. The staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but clean. The heating was on but fans were provided if you were too warm which was good. For a place to sleep it was great. The bar below was useful for a local drink after the show. The next morning we went to Central London on the tube very easy to do. And left bags with the hotel which they were happy to do. For the price too I'm very impressed with the customer service. Its the best we've had in London.

Muy correcto para su precio. Al lado de la estación de metro, y bien comunicado con el centro de Londres. La habitación (doble), amplia y el colchón MUY cómodo. La insonorización mejorable, con carteles por todas partes para que se respete el descanso de los demás huéspedes. Sin duda, repetiré en próximas visitas a la ciudad.

Hellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!

Superb lugar. Neil es tan útil. Las habitaciones son limpias y agradables y definitivamente recomendaría a cualquiera. Nuestro tenía microondas de caldera y refrigerador. Muy cerca del estadio de Wembley y de las estaciones de tubos. Fantástico comida servida y un gran jardín de cerveza.
