Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. Only thing was the location - parking was abit tight and getting into the place from the road was not the easiest! but it was a lovely time with friends. Food was so tasty and everyone was friendly and delivering great customer service. Will be back!

Tried to redeem £5 of £15 spend e-mail which the server told me had been used before; it hadn't just the pubs usual useless IT. Complained about this pub before to area manager regarding service and nothing ever happens. The place charges premium prices for mediocre food and poor service.

First time staying for work. Stayed 2 nights, staff lovely and helpful. Food excellent, lovely area with the log burner central. Room, very comfortable, clean and warm. Look forward to staying again when I am down this way.

Lovely property. Food was delicious. Only issue I tried to contact them all day on my arrival day but the phone number was wrong on their ******* page. Definitely will be returning.

A fantastic little hotel. Really comfortable bed, great tea and coffee in the room and excellent food. No faults whatsoever and In over 40 days this year. This is up there with the best of them.

This is an hotel with a few guest rooms, and a nice gastropub. The room was excellent, modern, spacious, clean, warm, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious, clean, modern, including bath and shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was super Quirky points were (i) TV could be turned on to home page, but a message read that the signal was not strong enough to connect to any channel (I used my laptop instead) (ii) liquid soap container fixed to the shower wall was empty. But this wasn't a problem as another movable soap container was at the hand-basin (iii) there was a good supply of sachets of coffee and decaffeinated tea (which I didn't use)+ one sachet of normal breakfast tea which I used (Earl Grey and green tea were also on offer). (iv) In the shower/bath, three taps are available. It took me 2 minutes to understand that the central one is the temperature controller.

Perfect stay, high quality food, great service, highly recommendable!

A nice big room, beautifully decorated with lots of nice little touches from fresh milk to an iron. Friendly staff, good WiFi, a nice shower and a very comfy bed.

What a lovely welcome by Kayla! Restaurant / pub was really nice, genuine home made fish pie. Rooms are well equipped and superb shower. Breakfast was equally good freshly prepared and served with a beaming smile.
