It's an older hotel and the halls smell a little funky but that quickly fades. The rooms show some signs of wear but are clean and have all the things you need. The bed was clean and comfy. The dining room was cozy and inviting. There seemed to be a little confusion in the kitchen, I know places are short staffed, but the food that arrived I really enjoyed. It is close to lots of things, I was on foot for this trip. The value was good for the price and I would stay here again.

Disappointed our room was not the cleanest. And the pressure for the shower was very low. Shower over bath so very old. We went for Ed Sheeran concert so they doubled the price so for what we paid per night was way over the top but if you went at a time when nothing is on it’s a cheaper hotel. Staff were excellent thou very helpful. I would stay again but not pay the price we had to for concert. Full breakfast was complementary which was good location was great only 10 minute walk and you are down town.

Mi familia y yo tuvimos una excelente estadía. La vista era estupenda, nuestra habitación y nuestras camas eran muy cómodas. Había muchas toallas para que todos nos ducháramos. Lo único que podría mejorar es la elección de comida amigable para las familias, especialmente para los niños. Pero sí fue una estancia ideal de una noche.

La habitación era bonita ...mejor que las fotos sugeridas, que es muy inusual! Debido a los bajos niveles de personal (la pista de hospitalidad en todas partes atm) que actualmente no ofrecen estacionamiento valet y esto fue la baja luz de la estancia. Obviamente entiendo completamente las cuestiones de personal, pero .... A la llegada (aproximadamente 10.30pm debido a un retraso de transbordo de 4 horas) me entristeció encontrar las puertas cerradas, pero el personal estaba disponible para permitirme entrar. Me descargué y mis maletas fueron llevadas a mi habitación y tuve que aparcar el coche yo mismo. Aparte de estar realmente cansado y no se arriesga a negociar el famoso sistema de Wellington CBD para llegar al parque de coches, esto fue bueno y no normalmente algo que yo me preocuparía. El parque de coches está directamente conectado al hotel, que es perfecto, pero tuve que conducir alrededor del bloque de una manera antiintuitiva para llegar al parque de coches. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Pero tuve un problema importante salir del parque de coches y no estoy seguro de si es culpa mía o de Hilton. Al llegar me dio una ficha de información sobre el estacionamiento y esto incluyó el código de salida. Me comprometí a recordarlo y me fui. Sin embargo, al entrar en el código en el punto de salida del parque de coches, la barrera no se incrementó. Tenía el código correcto y en los intentos posteriores de salir, probé el código seguido de la clave # y también probé el código seguido de la clave de tic/verde, pero no hay dibujo.
