"After check in we had several issues. There was only one towel and it had a hole in it. Maid service was in in the hall and gave us a clean set. Good customer service but facility could use a refresh. The wifi was out for out an hour but did get back up in the early evening. Just a frustrating start to an expensive night, as we had to be out of our house for some work we were having done. Your employees responded quickly and effeciently."

"Excelente hotel en el I-25 en Loveland. Bella lobby con un desayuno suficientemente grande y una pequeña tienda de snacks y bebidas. La suite era espaciosa y muy hermosa. El matrazo estaba firme y durmió muy bien. La habitación ofreció espacio suficiente para el equipaje y también suficientes posibilidades de asiento para trabajar y descansar. La televisión se puede girar a la cama o al sofá y ofrece acceso a las plataformas de streaming habituales. El desayuno era variado. Además de las comidas calientes habituales (rojería, bacon, patatas), también había dulces sandwiches con huevos y especias, waffles frescos, flocos de avena, cereales y también frutas frescas. Tostadas, bagels y (envasados) muffins tampoco convencen en este hotel. Después de todo, hubo una selección de pan de pan superior a la media. El café era bastante bueno. Sólo encontré una lavandería en el segundo piso. La única máquina de lavarse allí se satisfecho con un pasillo de 1.75 dólares."

"The room reaked of stale cigarette smoke, floors and bedding were stained, we found disturbing random things in the cupboard. It was right off the interstate and the windows were like the old, thin trailer house windows, blocking no sound. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again."
