I booked and received confirmation for “Room Type Suite, 1 King, and Sofa bed”. When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that room was not available, and I had the choice of taking a room with two queen beds, or I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. I was able to "negotiate" into a single king size room, but this room had several issues: 1. The AC unit was leaking water, the floor was wet, and we used towels to soak up some water, then placed the coffee tray and a cup under the leak to catch the water. See image. 2. The toilet did not always fill the bowl to allow flushing, we had to manually fill the bowl, and maintenance repaired this on the second day of our stay. See image. 3. The ledge/shelf in the shower was partially pulled away from the wall. See image. 4. The microwave had not been cleaned, so we had to remove the glass tray and wash the dried food off of it before we could use it. See image. 5. The body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. 6. The remote unit for the TV/HBO would not work properly, I am a little hard of hearing, so I use the CC/text but I was unable to get the cc menu to work properly. I am surprised at how I was treated and the condition of the room at this property
