IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR PIR WEEKEND RUN AWAY!!
Our first night there it just went downhill. We had traveled from Dallas and took a 6 am flight and at 11:30 after we did all our room decorations we were exhausted and ready for bed. My sister in law was getting the sofa bed ready when she uncovered a sofa bed with no sheets, multiple urnine stains, and rat droppings. I called the front desk right away and asked for a new accommodations. After and hour of back and fourth of them saying they will clean it or move her the lady at the front desk came and showed my sister in law a studio next door and she decided to stay there. I had asked to also be moved because I was not comfortable staying there since I’m 30 weeks pregnantt and had my young and had my young daughter who had been playing and laying on that couch all day without knowing what was under it. I waited till 1:30 to get moved only to go to the front desk and see that she had gone home and the lady there had no idea what was going on. I was so defeated and exhausted. My daughter passed out jn the master bed and at that point i didn’t have a choice. Everywhere else that was close was booked for the weekend. They didn’t clean it up or even removed the soiled sofa bed mattress.

Our room was perfect for anyone wanting to stay somewhere that feels more like home than a hotel room. Our son is in the navy and we visit from time to time and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for my husbands navy graduation. I was skeptical of some bad reviews but I got here and was immediately relieved. Check in went smoothly room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only like 4 minutes from the nex and like 10-14 mins from his graduation. This hotel is around a whole bunch of activities and food didn’t even have to go downtown to spend time with my sailor because there is so much to do around here. I overall enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Chicago again. Location is very convenient I would recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel staff and very customer service oriented. However there were people cooking in their room or rooms that it was not smelling very friendly.
