The hospitality that this hotel has to offer will make you a return customer. I had such a great experience during my last minute stay here. From the guests to employees, everyone is super friendly. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are nice and dated. It’s a steal for the price offered. I’m really here to review the manager of this location Carlin Holness. She has transformed my expectations of hotel customer service in such a positive way. From the minute she assisted me, she was nothing but bright and radiant energy. Her smile and laugh is infectious and it makes you feel right at home. If I ever own a business, I would 100% make her the face of it. She goes above and beyond for her customers and Marriott should be extremely proud to have her representing their team. I am in absolute awe of how one person can dramatically influence your stay at a hotel. She made me want to never book anywhere but Marriott. If you see this Carlin Holness, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I hope we get the chance to meet again!!

La primera habitación en la que estuvimos estaba sucia, todavía tenía basura debajo de la cama, como si solo limpiaran lo que creen que las personas verían y también tenía cabello en la bañera todavía smh ... así que cambiamos a otra habitación y estaba sucia también. La silla tenía Cheerios viejos y la alfombra estaba pegajosa.Tuve que usar mis chanclas, pero el servicio fue bueno, lo lamentaron mucho, pero sí, me gustaría tomar fotos.

El hotel es sólo un hotel normal, promedio. Se ha desatado. Durante la entrada no había nadie en el escritorio frontal, casi 7 minutos esperando. Room1, no privacy because curtain wouldn't close. Room2, when walking on the floor was very noisy and too squeak and a/c also noisy. Room3, or room 222, was just right. El hotel es tranquilo y limpio. La cama grande dormía muy bien. El recepcionista es cálido y acogedor. ¡El conductor del servicio de transporte del hotel también es genial! Lo único que lamento es que el camarero del restaurante del hotel discrimine mucho a los chinos que no entienden inglés. El primer día pedí dos desayunos. En realidad, todo el plato consistía en patatas fritas hervidas y tocino. Quiero dar mi opinión, pero no puedo decirlo. Odio no haber aprendido bien un idioma extranjero. Al día siguiente, cambié a mi papá e hija de habla inglesa para que desayunaran. Se sirvió el mismo desayuno, pero el estado normal de la comida había mejorado. We had a queen bed with a sofa pullout. The queen bed was uncomfortable & more like a full. The sofa bed appeared to be broken & we could not sleep on it. 2 of us got no sleep due to the sofa bed. Our phone in the room was also not working when we tried to contact the front desk. Very nice staff, but room was horrible.
