We normally stayed here when we go to Anchorage, most of the time it's great experience. However, On August 3rd, coming from the airport traveling back to FBX without Reservation. We stopped by for last minute if they have a room for the night. I noticed the parking lot was not "full" thinking we can get it in for the night. As I approached the front desk the receptionist, I noticed she was at her phone or maybe doing some paperworks. I asked if there's an available room for the night. She looked at me (like she's really annoyed that I disturbed her Candy Crush game, just saying). she looked at me like she was upset or something, she said "NO, we do not" My answer was "Really" like I said the parking lot wasn't full. And she continues, "oh I just gave the last room like 20 minutes ago sorry". So I'm like ok, "sorry for disturbing your game" and I walked out of the facility. I understand that if you don't have any available rooms, but don't be snotty to customers. You wrk at the FOH, actually representing the company. Bottom line is, we never had a bad experience when we stayed here, people are always friendly & accomodating, I am also a member of BW. That is uncalled for.
