El hotel tiene una ubicación ideal, a poca distancia a pie de la estación de tren y del Capitolio. El Monumento a Washington y el Monumento a Lincoln también están a poca distancia. La habitación era sencilla, pero la combinación de colores y la iluminación eran brillantes, y el baño tenía zonas de baño y de secado separadas. La habitación era espaciosa y las instalaciones relativamente nuevas. La ubicación era excelente, a menos de 10 minutos a pie de Union Station y a 20 minutos a pie del Capitolio. En su mayor parte, las habitaciones de hotel son estupendas. Genial para una pareja o para viajar solo, pero tuvimos problemas con la cisterna del baño... vinieron y lo arreglaron, pero me di cuenta de que antes había un problema con el inodoro. Dejó un olor a cloaca en el baño. Muchos cargos diversos (HEADS UP) a la llegada y el estacionamiento fue terrible. Cuesta $50 por día, pero tienes que estacionar o pagar cada vez que entras y sales.

Super basic. Clean, which is most important to me, and the staff were all lovely. The beds are made with only a thin fleece blanket and a white flat sheet over that, which just wasn’t very comfortable. And the bathroom light is energy-saving (yay!) but turned off in the middle of my shower so I had to get out of the shower and go turn it back on (boo). I suppose worth it for the budget price and location.

They tell you there is a $10 discount on food and drink from your resort/amenity fee. But it’s a daily allowance that ends at midnight so is not applied to your breakfast. Just ridiculous. No hotel “day” starts and ends at midnight. The fee is levied per night.

The Yotel Hotel is one that provides comfort, access to the National Mall, quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. During the one night I stayed at the hotel, there was an unexpected $35 check-in fee which was not disclosed when Trip.com advertised the accommodation. That fee may be communicated if you choose to book on the hotel's website. Would certainly stay there again on my next visit to the Nation's capital.

Great location to Capitol. Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom layout was different but fine for solo traveler. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only a small vending area for soda and snacks. Overall good stay.

Close to Capitol Hill and Union Station. Check in with the ipad system was difficult, and there is 100$ deposit when you stay as well which was undisclosed when booking. Early check in $55.

【立地】 ユニオン駅から徒歩圏内で、市内の移動にはこれ以上ないほど便利な拠点です。周辺の治安も安定しており、その点の不安もほとんどありませんでした。近隣にカフェやレストランは豊富ですが、スーパーまでは少し距離があるため、中長期滞在で買い出しを予定している方は、その点だけ留意が必要かもしれません。 【お部屋・設備】 Yotelらしいユニークで機能的な設計です。特に電動で傾斜を変えられるベッドは、読書やデスクワークの合間のリラックスに最適でした。照明の色や明るさを自分好みにカスタマイズもできます。 水回りは清潔で、アメニティも十分に補充されており、Wi-Fiも非常に安定していました。 【総評】 10月のピークシーズンでどこも高騰していましたが、その中でも比較的リーズナブルに、かつ快適に過ごすことができました。短期観光はもちろん、1週間以上の滞在でもストレスなく過ごせるホテルです。次回のDC訪問時も、ぜひ候補に入れたいと思います。
