I stayed here for three nights last September. As Marriott platinum member, I was automatically upgraded to junior suite. Thank you! This property is stunning! It’s a former palace and I feel like I was a royal. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is only 5 minutes walk from old town Warsaw. I simply love this property and has booked my 2024 visit to Warsaw in this property.

The Hostel is located near many good restaurants, convenience stores and bars which is perfect to make an exploration base in Warsaw and relax in the evening. The check in was smooth and easy but there are instructions for after hours because the front desk is not always attended - this includes codes for doors and how to check out if you are leaving very early We booked the queen room and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms were quiet and had comfy beds with good pillows. We were supplied with towels but no soap/shampoo but luckily it seems that previous guests left behind some body wash. The queen room was on the fourth floor and did not have a private bathroom but did have a bathroom shared between a few rooms. The queen room was also without coverings for the window and was a bit stuffy - to solve this we draped a blanket over the window and kept it open to keep it cool. Our family stayed in a room with the bunk bed and had a private bathroom and curtains but all bathrooms were a little smelly (from the drains). The bathroom smell issue was easily resolved by keeping the door shut. The hostel has a good common area with a kitchen and many showers and toilets on the main floor of the hostel. The hostel staff appear to be able to arrange tours or make suggestions but we were on our way out of Warsaw so we didn't test this. The hostel has door codes to access the building and the floors with rooms so it felt quite safe. We also appreciated that they had an elevator here which made it very accessible. The public transport system make it very convenient to get around Warsaw and rideshares are inexpensive in Poland. We enjoyed walking and had no issues getting to major attractions in Poland like the Warsaw Uprising Museum, the Palace of Culture and Science, the old town area and many nice gardens and squares. We got a good night's rest here.

My first impression of this hotel was very good, beautiful building, modern decor, stunning foyer and easy check in. The bedroom was huge, large double bed (room was big so think they could’ve made use of space and put larger bed in) large separate bathroom with heated floor and non steam mirror, it was a standard room so no view to speak of and no bath but wasn’t expecting that for a standard room. Mr H wasn’t joining me until second day and I slept well first night and bed seemed comfortable. But it was second and third night we had the issues, be warned Friday and Saturday night there are numerous clubs next door to the hotel and they party until 5am. Mr H and I on the Saturday night especially were awake for 3 hours while the shouting and screaming and smashing bottles went on outside. It did not make for a restful sleep, we also found with 2 of us in the bed it seemed to dip meaning we were rolling into each other all night!! We didn’t complain on check out as we could hear others complaining, plus we were leaving on the Sunday and knew we wouldn’t be back because of those very issues so didn’t see the point in complaining. We had breakfast and must say for Warsaw it’s very expensive around £20 each however it is excellent quality and variety. Served a La carte but you can pretty much have what you want and as much of it as you want. The smoked salmon bagel was particularly good and they serve sparkling wine and juices freely. Mr H had an omelette and pancakes and there was no problem with ordering extra dishes. Such a shame about the noise as this hotel could be a five star review.

Me encanto hospedarme aquí ya que todos los lugares más turísticos me quedaban a máximo 20 minutos caminando, a solo 6 minutos del centro histórico de Varsovia. Te dan 2 botellas de agua gratis y 2 tés gratis, cambian las toallas todos los días si tú quieres, hay buenísima calefacción, las camas están súper cómodas, cuartos amplios, bonito edificio y zona. Hablan inglés! Puedes hacer Check in a la hora que tú quieras.

Hotel situado a menos de diez minutos andando de la estación de tren y a media hora andando del centro de Varsovia. Yo elegí este hotel porque tenía que dejar el coche de alquiler en una oficina de la estación de tren y luego viene bien para volver al aeropuerto de modlin. En la estación de tren tienes uno de los centros comerciales más grade de Varsovia. Tienes una parada de metro al lado del hotel. Para aparcar el hotel tiene parking privado (no sé el coste) pero tienes mucho espacio para aparcar alrededor del hotel (pago con maquina que sale mas barato). El hotel es como todos los hoteles de esta zona, básicos pero limpios y con todo lo necesario para pasar una noche o dos. En mi caso tuve mala suerte y el primer día no salía agua caliente en la ducha, al día siguiente parece ser que se solucionó. Faltaría que pusiesen toallas para el suelo para cuando salgas de la ducha porque si no el baño se inunda de agua al salir de la ducha. Los empleados de recepción muy amables y simpáticos. Servicio wiffi gratuito y rápido.

En el hotel, el hotel tiene una calificación más alta de Hampton, en el aeropuerto de Hilton Warsaw. Aunque mi habitación tenía una vista de un edificio y un bloque de apartamentos, todavía tenía la vista de las hermosas plantas en el estacionamiento.
El baño estaba limpio y tenía todos los suministros que necesitaba.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. Estaba esperando a algunos pasteles en el desayuno pero no había ninguna 😔

YYZJAMESEl hotel es hermoso, las camas son cómodas y está al otro lado de la calle de la estación central de trenes. Después de baj**** del tren, tome la salida de McDonald's y cruce el semáforo hasta el hotel de enfrente. Coger un taxi hasta el aeropuerto es un poco caro: 50-80 moneda polaca, unos 100 yuanes. Cuesta unos 20 yuanes tomar el tren hasta el aeropuerto, pero sólo hay un autobús cada hora. En definitiva, el precio de este hotel y las instalaciones que lo rodean son muy rentables. -- ¡recomendar!

Todo, desde el contacto con la persona responsable de la aceptación de la orden y el acuerdo sobre los detalles, hasta las formalidades finales (acondicionamiento) se hizo al más alto nivel. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los pasteles de la ciudad, las camisas de la ciudad y los pantalones de la ciudad. No sólo la elevación estaba satisfecha, sino también mi estómago, lo que me demuestra que la comida no era química. Lobby, WC y en general deliciosos interiores y alentador para pasar tiempo. y un precio decente, no del espacio. Recomiendo a todos que busquen un lugar para organizar la cena.

La ubicación no podía ser mejor.
La única cosa negativa era el ruido debido a las obras que se estaban realizando en el hotel. Se nos dijeron en el check-in, pero pensamos que no sería demasiado malo. Fue de 9-5, pero en el fin de semana fue tranquilo.
Si el baño era un poco anticuado para un Novotel pero no era un problema, recomendaría el hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, que permite llegar caminando a la mayoría de los lugares de interés y literalmente pegado a un centro comercial y a la estación central. Hotel bien insonorizado y limpio. El personal merece una mención especial. El día de salida mi mujer perdió un anillo en la habitación y el personal de limpieza puso, literalmente, la habitación patas arriba para encontrarlo. Siempre les estaremos agradecidos!! Volveremos sin duda!!!

DDaffidPara empezar me gustaría decir que está en una ubicación bastante buena. Es fácil llegar andando al centro o coger algún autobús. Biedronka en la planta baja también útil. El personal es muy amable y servicial, la torre A tiene recepción las 24 horas. Elegí la habitación ”Superior”, a primera vista se veía genial, sin embargo, después de mirar más de cerca se pueden notar algunas pequeñas grietas en la pared y pequeños rayones en la pared. Cocina básica equipada, encimera en un lugar agrietada (laminado MDF), ya se puede ver el paso del tiempo en esta habitación. Los gabinetes no cierran correctamente (la bisagra está rota), en el lado positivo, la lavadora (pero sin polvo/cápsulas) y el lavavajillas (una cápsula para una estadía de 3 días), que a veces se sujetaba con un tornillo en el gabinete. Debajo del fregadero salía un olor desagradable. Salón bonito, TV un poco viejo, pero tiene muchos canales incluso extranjeros, sofá cómodo. En cuanto al baño, no hay nada de qué quej****, bonito, había gel y agua caliente, sólo las toallas blancas tenían pequeñas manchas rojas (¿tal vez un poco de pintalabios?). El dormitorio también está en buenas condiciones, ropa de cama limpia, TV, el único problema fue la puerta que tocaba con fuerza y el LED que no funcionaba detrás de la cama.
En resumen, sin duda el lado positivo: aire acondicionado en el salón y en el dormitorio, limpieza del baño, personal amable y wifi gratuito. Por otro lado, las desventajas que más recuerdo son el problema con la puerta del dormitorio (probablemente se cayó sobre las bisagras) y problemas con los armarios de la cocina: bisagra rota y (¡ATENCIÓN!) incumplimiento del plazo de devolución. el depósito, tuve que esperar un mes entero (sólo después de no aceptar la transacción, el banco revirtió el pago)! También escribí un correo electrónico sobre esto, pero no recibí respuesta.

UUsuario invitado”Prepaid” y se dijo en la llegada que tenía que comprar hojas para usar mi cama reservada (no especificada en el sitio de reserva utilizado), y luego, cuando compraba tal, el receptor que ni siquiera comprobó mi ID dijo ”no tenemos casos de pijama, ¿está bien?” El hotel está en una habitación de 3 estrellas, donde se encuentra el hotel. También se rasgó la cabeza con un trimmer .... de nuevo ...entre 3-4am con las luces en ...ofc. 'Grim' es un subestimación ... El primer sillón que senté en el asiento cuando se salió en el lobby tenía un bolso de té húmedo en él, y pagué £ 1.46 en el escritorio para una pequeña botella de agua ....in Polonia. Este lugar es un semitrabajador y un refugio sin hogar deprimido y clínico para la mayoría. Me quedé sólo 9 horas ...y eso fue suficiente. Los únicos positivos fueron los mobiliario de la habitación y la habitación de equipaje libre, Pero por supuesto ...I no recomendaría :(

UUsuario invitadoI wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead. Then he told my friend the same thing, but my friend told him that that was obviously not true as he had stayed in that dorm himself a few nights before. Then he had to basically confess that what he said had been a lie. Then he came up to me and told me that I could stay in that room after all. I told him I was gonna stick to my plan to check out, as honestly, this guy was getting on my nerve. He had clearly been lying to me, he obviously hadn’t cared about my wet wash a few days before and generally his attitude was anything but what you’d expect from a receptionist. Then to add insult to injury he refused to let me store my bags in the storage area, claiming that it was only for current guests and not for former guests. Obviously this is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hostels in my life and the very room serves to store the baggage of former guests. I also had previously stored baggage in that very
