Necesita una renovación urgente. Me dieron una toalla con agujeros. Puertas rotas. Ruido por la noche.
Lo bueno sin duda es la ubicación y las vistas al palacio de la Cultura.

The property is conveniently located, and is a few steps way from the Palace of Culture and Science and from public transport. Buffet breakfast is excellent, and staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was located in a very convenient area that was close to Warsawa Centralna and Aleja Jerozolimskie (apologies for spelling). Our room even had an excellent view of the Palace of Culture and Science.
The room itself was spacious and clean. We did not see an air conditioning system in the room, but the windows opened and we were able to get cool, fresh air that way.
Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. We really recommend this hotel, and would stay here again on future visits.

Basic furniture. One window could not close .Shower head bracket loose so we had to always hold the shower head when showering. Water is very weak probably because we lived on top floor. Basin tap is too low so we had to fill kettle from shower. Even there is a lift, luggage had to be carried up and down half a floor level. We are only satisfied with the breakfast. Will never stay here again.

The location is great within 10 minutes of Warsaw Central.We booked a double room.The room was clean and comfortable.Room service was good.Breakfast was ok but not many British options.The price was very good.There is a nice bar next door

This is a fairly good place. Nothing flash, and breakfast is pretty basic, but it’s quite adequate, the room was spacious, and it was close to the main train station. Long walk to the old town and its attractions, but that was fine for me.
