It was ok, clean enough but no car parking, and when they say the car parking available is 15 minutes away, it’s more like 30. Evening meal was nice, breakfast basic, that’s all I can say really, I probably wouldn’t stay there again, the location isn’t good.

I enjoyed my stay I thank you for the receptionist that helped us thrpugh our stay help when we needed with the breakfast menu and getting cutlery etc I would come back soon to stay it was excellent service

This is not a hotel but as somebody else said earlier, it's more like a hostel. The room we were given was tiny. The walls, skirtings and doors were filthy. The bathroom was also tiny. In fairness, the toilet and tiny sink were reasonably clean, the shower not so clean. The white bedding looked reasonably clean but the duvet and pillows underneath were disgusting. The headboard was full of stains! Window faced a wall, so no view whatsoever. As someone said, it was claustrophobic and felt like a prison cell. The whole house smelled of **** and very noisy. Talking at 3am, doors banging and showers going in the middle of the night meant we barely slept at all. Girl sat at reception when we left at 11am was wrapped in a duvet, so unprofessional! Do not stay here. Although it was only £70 for the night (cheap for London) we still felt like we'd been robbed of our money as the photos looked nothing like the reality!

We spent here 5 nights, despite the average of equipment, the staff here was very kind and helpful, quiet rooms, big yard. Near the underground station, quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is easy to find. I recommend.

This is a dreadful hotel. Some of the people living here are quite scary. The rooms are small but relatively clean. You can forget about towel changing etc. Communal area grubby and full of people ordering in takeaways, including staff eating behind desk.

Awful! Run down, dirty, noisy hotel with broken shower. Tiny prison room with no hairdryer but a pack of condoms in the drawer! Do NOT stay here. I stayed for one night and changed hotels as felt grubby and unsafe here.

This hotel was everything a trade wants from their accommodation, the rooms were comfortable, good shower , quiet and clean. The added bonus of cooking facilities and a good lounge / dining area meant we didn’t have to eat out which can be expensive. There is also a nice garden to sit and have a beer after a hard day. Parking is never a problem , as the street parking is free between 4pm till 10am next day. Tv in the room had Netflix. Thomas was a brilliant part of the team and became I would think of him more as a friend now than a receptionist. On the whole the place was excellent, can’t thank the team enough for making our six weeks there so enjoyable. The only negative I could find was that my beer went missing from the fridge ( first world problems ! )

We had the absolute worst experience here. We had booked 1.5 months in advance, and noted that we would arrive at 1am. They called us earlier the day of arrival to confirm the time we would be getting there. We arrived, and they told us they had no rooms and had to send up to another hotel. However, they couldn’t find a hotel that was open, so they had us wait in the lobby until they found one at 2:30am at a different hotel! They promised us that we could come back the next day and they would have our room that we had reserved for us. They sent us over to the other hotel, and we arrived to find out that they had no idea who we were and they said they had no rooms! They eventually said that they would take us, but we’re going to have us pay a ridiculously high price. At that point it was 3am, and we made other arrangements and left. We came back to Manor House the next day, and again, they told us they had no room for us. I am beyond disappointed with being lied to so many times by this hotel. Save yourself time, money, hassle, and do not stay here!!!

Positives: - Easy to access transport into central London. - Cheap. - Friendly staff. - TV in the room, albeit we had to hold the batteries into the remote to make it work. - Garden area for use by residents. Negatives: - Room was grubby and furniture quite worn. - The view from our window was a wall. - Room was next to Reception and was noisy due to people talking and phone going. - Very loud sound of running water every time a resident had a shower. - Shower temperature was an issue - freeze or boil. - Bathroom sink was tiny. - Shared kitchen area was dirty. - Bird poo on the inside of our window. - No toiletries provided despite advert saying they were. Oh there was a tiny bit of a Tesco shower gel! Next occupant will have the luxury of the Dove shower Gel I left, and the Lynx my son left. - General lack of cleanliness. Overall: Very run down hence why it’s cheap. We could tolerate 2 nights but any more then we’d have had to move. I read a review re bed bugs and emailed the hotel re this twice but got no reply. As we had paid and it was non refundable we had no choice but to brave it. Thankfully no bed bugs. Staff were very welcoming and helpful so no criticism aimed at them. We won’t be back! We don’t have high standards but the place needs a good upgrade and a proper clean.
