Cbh Waterton Park Hotel and Spa ★★★★

"What an amazing experience visiting the Waterton Spa. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very impressive for what we paid. I was not expecting a suite-like experience, and the ambience of the room was perfect. There were absolutely huge bathtubs, a writing desk, a television, a Henry VIII style bed, and room service ready to go. Sophie at the front desk was extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs and was professional, studious, and made sure everything was looked after for us. This visit was for a very special occasion, our anniversary, and she gave us a complimentary box of chocolates, which was a very thoughtful touch. The history of the Waterton Resort Spa is genuinely fascinating. The estate was once the home of Charles Waterton, a well-known naturalist and explorer. He travelled widely and returned to his estate with a deep respect for nature. He built a boundary wall around the grounds to protect wildlife and created what is recognised as the first ever nature reserve. The manor house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of character, and it is located on its own private island, which adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place. We stayed in the newly added section of the estate on the adjacent side, which was built in the same traditional style to match the manor house. The setting, the architecture, and the history of the grounds made the whole stay feel very special. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. For dinner, we ate in the spa section of the manor house, and Theo was brilliant in looking after our needs throughout the evening. Whether you are going for an anniversary or simply a weekend getaway, the spa, hot tubs, Jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna are all top notch. The staff are extremely friendly, the food is excellent, and the whole experience is well worth the money. I cannot recommend the place enough. The staff have been brilliant. Thank you so much, Sophie 💖🥰, for everything."

Marygate by Deuce Hotels Ltd ★★★

"Excelente ubicación y estudio.. toallas limpias y todo lo que necesitas todos los días si es necesario.. sólo no hay ascensor y 2 calientes si las ventanas se cierran y ruidosos si los locales gritan a las estúpidas o horas.. Además, usted obtiene a personas sin hogar que duermen fuera de la caja principal y a personas que se interrumpen en ella."

Holiday Inn Express WAKEFIELD by IHG ★★★

"The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC, door wouldn't close properly and the paints coming off. Other than that was okay, as expected - although no bacon at breakfast."

Cosy Green End Retreat ★★★★

Premier Inn Wakefield City North ★★★

"La habitación es una habitación de primera clase. Confortable, limpia y barata. Lo que realmente se muestra aquí, aunque el personal no puede hacer lo suficiente para usted. Si es el préstamo de un cargador, fans en este calor, hojas en lugar de duvets. En realidad van por encima y por encima. No he tenido ninguna duda en volver si me encuentro de esta manera."
