I was worried when I saw the reviews that the noise was severe, but it was quiet during the weekend. The blankets and pillows are soft. I wiped the floor and there was almost no stain or dust. The bath tub is cute. The bathroom is right next to the bed, but there was no uncomfortable smell. The bathroom door is cleanly finished with wallpaper. The water pressure is strong enough. In the case of early check-in, it is a little cumbersome to call in advance, but it is very advantageous if you arrive early. It seems that the front staff will be present after 4 o'clock. It was the weekend, but there was no turn-down service and the towels were not replaced, so I was embarrassed. The tissues and rolls of toilet paper provided were enough to stay for three days.

Absolute no. When I checked in, I found hair left on my bed. After pointing that out to the property manager, he started to argue with me claiming that the bed was clean and they had cleaned. But evidently it wasn't. When I showed him numerous hairs on the bedsheets, he just got a vacuum cleaner and just vacuumed the hairs! I asked him to change the sheets, he took the sheets off, went out of the room, and immediately came back holding the same dirty sheets claiming that it was new... The worst experience ever.

It has most things you need from a hotel but I did have some trouble with the self-check in system.

Trip.comの設備の欄に駐車場の表記があったのですが実際は駐車場はなく、近隣のコインパーキングを利用しました。（近くに24時間400円の広いパーキングがあったのでよかったです）狭いですが寝るだけなら十分でした。

整體設施潔淨，但大床很窄，兩人睡覺會比較迫。

立地はとてもよく、パーキングも周りにたくさんあったのでとてもよかったです。とても申し分のない部屋でとてもよかったです。

宿泊室内はきれいで快適でした。 次回も和歌山に来る時は必ず使いたいです。

旅館老闆服務一般般，有點不耐煩，明明自助辦理入住機器上面所登記的電話號碼不是我的電話號碼，我也沒有登記過，我也不知道怎麼回事，老闆便說這是很嚴重的問題。另外，我因為肚痛所以想取消預訂，但是因為訂單是不設取消和退款，即使平台跟老闆溝通過了老闆還是堅決拒絕，這樣我感到有點不好，只能夠當天趕去那邊入住 設施：有浴缸，地方很少，床架是木造的，床褥乾淨，床頭邊上還有小燈和小風扇，把扇連接口拔掉可以用作USB充電。客廳那邊有兩張桌子，洗手盆，梳洗用的洗手盆，一次性牙刷，有儲物櫃，有煮水煲可以自己煲熱水。環境10分乾淨，我入住的時候人也不是很多， 10個床位只有兩三個人入住

位置很好找，在路口，附近亦有便利店和食店。 混合房床鋪類似膠囊旅館，衛生尚可，共用空間較少。每人有自己儲物櫃，外出時較放心。 自助Check-in 的機有點難用，要主人回來幫忙。

房間可以，但説是帶廚房，卻衹有一個微波爐和冰箱，離地鐵站很遠，要走一公里，有一節路還有點爛，公交車沒有直達，和歌山很偏僻，沒必要住宿

舒適一個人住可以

地點離南海電鐵和歌山市站走路大約15-20分，離JR和歌山站大約也差不多！這大概是唯一缺點，其他無論清潔和服務都很不錯，沒辦法自行cockin房東也很快就來了！附近有lowson隨時可吃飽和買零食！還有一家超市很方便！
