I had a wonderful experience at Citrus Waskadu. The buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool added a refreshing touch to the stay, perfect for relaxation. However, the bar area can get quite lively, especially when there's a DJ. If you're looking for a quieter evening, it might be wise to request a room further from the noise. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small note for those preferring a more tranquil night.

Great place to stay and nice people working there. Only even better if, rooms could be a bit newer.

Hotel is modern , fresh , well maintained . Perfect for a relaxing vacation with gym , excellent long pool , yoga , sports area . Access to the beach is private and peaceful. Food spread was lavish Nd tasty . Staff is very friendly Nd goes out of the way to help you . We enjoyed the wide spread of food for new years gala dinner . Bar has good choice of liquor. You can take a tuktuk from hotel lobby roam around to see local life . Go to kalatura rich look store or others for cheap but good quality daily wear clothes . Beach is little rough . Spending 5 nights with hotel was relaxing then we moved to bentota to enjoy the beach which is smooth Nd one of the best I have come across travelling world around . Special thank to Tusharri to ensure we had the best stay Nd the personal touch she provided and Mr Prasad Wijesyriya for maintaining the hotel so well . You can always see them around with a smile and ensuring all guests are happy checking on them . Key feature is the long swimming pool . We are staying at Taj bentota now but we found citrus much better with pool , rooms and pricing for quality .

El staff del hotel es muy profesional. El trato del camarero Roshan fue excelente. Las habitaciones son modernas y están bien decoradas. Las camas son muy cómodas y amplias. En el baño te dejan albornoces y zapatillas para ir a la preciosa piscina.

Espléndido hotel en la playa. Aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la playa o la piscina pues salió lluviosa la tarde y volábamos al día siguiente, pudimos apreciar la bondad de las instalaciones y su buen servicio de restaurante. Habitaciones grandes con vistas al mar. Agradable estancia

The best part of my stay at Citrus was all of the staff. Every single person greeted me with a smile and was willing to help me with anything I needed. I felt truly welcome here and am extremely grateful for the hospitality. The pool is huge and clean. The restaurant buffet had a ton of selections and I was very satisfied with the food. The chef and all of the staff made me feel very comfortable. The housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even made me towel animals which brightened my day. The only complaint I have is the lack of privacy in the bathroom. I could hear other people in their bathrooms since the wall is open to the outside/other floors. This was a little uncomfortable and when it rained water would get in through the openings. Otherwise I highly recommend Citrus!

Citrus Waskaduwa is perfect to visit and travel. This is our 3rd visit to Citrus. We could not review it. Front office staff Ms. Ayesha, Mr. Nishantha and other all crew have given great welcome to our family. Foods were awesome. Restaurant all staff very helpful for us at that time, specially Chef Pradeep very supportive for us and Mr. Roshan Lakmal's service also really we want to appreciate. Thank you so much you all ! ❤️

We were in this hotel for a week, including New Year's Eve. Basic rooms but very well maintained. Our was quite big and I think all the rooms are same. Great room service. Near beach, but pool is better. There is also a bar (by the pool) where you can enjoy all inclusive drinks. Pleasant staff, very tasty food. Fried eggs with fresh chili are a great start to the morning, very tasty. If I go to Sri Lanka again, I would love to come back.

When the time we searched for a Hotel near the coastal area for our annual trip, we found the Citrus Waskaduwa on social media we contacted Miss Nishagi and she offered a reasonable rate for us. So, planned and stayed there June 08, 09. Thereafter we contacted Miss Thushari the front office manager and Mr. Athula. They were kind and very flexible. They help us in planning the trip and I must highlight the way Miss. Thushari treated us throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very supportive. No issue with the room amenities. The kids' play area was very useful as we traveled with kids. The girl who was in charge of the room took care of our children carefully and kindly. The swimming pool was large enough for our people with 124 people and a very clean and nice atmosphere there. But I want to highlight that the steps between the kids' pool and the other pool are not visible, so I like to propose that they color the steps with another color it would be better for safety. When talking about food, we had 3 buffets and the food was delicious. There were many varieties of seafood and there were other meat varieties also. All were tasty. The live kitchen was also good. The dessert corner was perfect. Overall the variation of the buffets was perfect. In summary, It was a nice experience for our all staff and their family members. I recommend this place to anyone for your family or staff gathering as a better place in Kaluthara. Thank you to everyone who helped to succeed in our event. Special thanks to Miss.Thushari. Miss. The hotel and staff were excellent the attention to detail was superb as was the food in particular Chalani, Shereen and Abi who were brilliant and made us feel so welcome. I have been coming here for five years to the Citrus and will be coming back next year
