Hotel is clean and nice, but better don’t swim in the sea, water isn’t clean.

The hotel and amenities are very nice but for a Hotel rated as a 5 Star the service is terrible. Otherwise, breakfast buffet, decor and rooms are superb. Need to focus more on SERVICE for the Guests

The hotel itself has a great feel and is very luxurious with great service. Everything is good, except across the road is basically a 1km + building site, so the vibe of the area is very poor.

Very clean and well kept room. Great view from the room facing the swimming pool. The facilities are pretty standard for a 5 star resort. Buffet breakfast was rather disappointing as most of the dishes tasted quite bland. Its a short walk to the beach with breathtaking view. Love our stay there!

Service is bad Air-conditioned maximum can cool 28-degree room so hot, Can't bring any kind of food to your room even snacks ,right now so nosies because contruction going on across hotel

Hotel staff were very nice and attentive. However, the carpet and bed bench did have some weird smell.

Excellent location. Beach club is opposite the road. Hotel room was good and comfortable. Going for the European class look. Breakfast was very decent with a good mix of various cuisine.

A stunning hotel in a good location. One thing to be aware of is the famous night market is no longer trading. Overall a pleasant stay with excellent service. Plenty of choices for breakfast and nothing is not too for staff. Highly recommended.
