I must say that from the first contact with the reception, everything went wrong. When we arrived, they didn't even welcome us. A blonde receptionist, who looked like she didn't feel like working, was the one who checked us in with a very bad tone. 1. Without prior warning, she made us pay directly for the car park, without asking us beforehand if we wanted to leave the motorbike in the car park for 20€ per day (we would not have paid for it as we could do it for free in the surrounding area). 2. Before booking, we asked if the dinner was buffet, menu or a la carte and the reception answered that it was a la carte. When we arrived at the hotel, every day it was basically a menu with a choice of two dishes (vegan dishes did not interest us). We were very annoyed by the false information. If we had known this, we would have taken breakfast only 3. During the booking, we ordered a bottle of sparkling wine which we asked to be in the room at the day of arrival. They didn't prepare it and I couldn't surprise my husband (however, they offered us 2 massages afterwards, which I appreciated). The truth is that the hotel is very nice, but the reception staff is not very well prepared. If you don't want to work, resign, but don't offer a bad experience to the guests because thanks to that, all my stay I had a bad feeling about the hotel and this will surely happen with other guests too. I am a hotel receptionist too and I know what I am talking about. Sometimes we have difficult days, but the blonde girl didn't seem to have a difficult day, she just doesn't want to work and that is reflected in bad service. We certainly won't be back.

Agradable hotel para esquí. Fui para un fin de semana de sábado a domingo para montar esquí. El hotel es limpio, situado en el lado. A la salida de esquí de unos 2 km. El hotel es bastante viejo pero limpio. Los mayores plus incluyen Aquapark, que es ilimitado para los huéspedes del hotel. 3 saunas: seco, infrarrojo y vapor. 3 piscinas - para la piscina, relajación y con burbujas. Hay también jacuzzi solar y 2 diapositivas. Aquapark es una gran opción para relajarse, pero también como atracción para los niños. También el estacionamiento del hotel podría ser más barato- 30 zł al día. Puedo recomendar este hotel a la gente que busca un buen hotel a un precio decente. No hay lujo, pero es decente. Es un hotel deportivo y debería ser una actitud. Para los amantes de todos los tratamientos de spa, este hotel también ofrece algo, sin embargo no he utilizado y no hablaré.
