Rosewood Little DIX Bay

I was fortunate enough to spend two days at the spa. I had 3 services total. All amazing!!! My husband was unable to make one of the massages we had booked and the spa allowed me to have both masseuses last minute. It was one of the best massages of my life! We had nothing but amazing experiences with all the staff at this resort. It was the best experience.

Came in July for five days on a large corporate getaway. Everything at the resort is fantastic. The service is awesome Stafford exemplary in particular Tiffany and Miss lucy on the beach and Miss Carol at breakfast were awesome. Our Butler‘s Javid and Hubert were awesome.Beautiful peaceful spot little hit and miss with restaurants but overall a true five star experience If you are looking for privacy this is your spot

I keep getting pinged by Tripadvisor to leave a review, so here goes. Stayed at Little Dix early last summer for four nights, traveling solo and had a one-bedroom ocean view cottage. Though the resort had beautiful grounds and the room was very nice, for the price there was just too many things off. It started with their irritating email communications prior to arrival as a good sign of what was to come. The constant intrusion of when will you specifically arrive and how, like I was literally going to schedule a minute-by-minute arrival. I said I was going to arrive on such and such ferry and pick up my rental car. They still wanted more. The whole stay they acted like it was odd I had a rental car and didn’t want to be captive to their property and their overpriced activities and restaurants. When I finally arrived, they had two nice ladies waiting at the parking lot. Instead of going to their nice large reception area like they should do, they handed me off to a fill-in “butler” to do the check-in in the room. This was so dumb. The guy’s tablet barely worked and I’m sitting there being asked to go over all this crap I’ve already given them. Typing all my details all over again on a dinky tablet keyboard, digging out credit card number, etc. I guess because I hadn’t given them my exact to the minute arrival time that the assigned butler wasn’t available. I think I saw him twice the rest of my stay. Apparently, that was my fault as I didn’t have WhatsApp on my phone. Oh my. The room was nice (no keys) yet only had two small glass 750ml Etonridge water bottles. I get not doing the plastic bottle thing but that wasn’t going to cut it. No where near enough water and the paperwork in the room makes it sounds like you will be charged quite a bit for that bottled water. This butler said no, no charge, and they would send over more water. They also constantly push the “you must make reservation nonsense” over and over. I drank a bottle of water (leaving 1 bottle until god knows when) and walked down the beach to have a nice lunch at the Reef House (fish sandwich and one local beer $65 inc “service” charge and tip). Ended up driving around and then back to the resort for a sun downer at the Rum “Room” and then back to the room to clean up for dinner. A simple mojito at the Rum Room was $26 plus service charge and tip. If you don’t leave a tip on top of the “service” charge, guess how great your service will be. Get to the room and there was still no water refill. Drank the last bottle. LOL Walked down for dinner at the Sugar Mill and stopped by the front desk to inquire again about the water. By the time I got back after dinner there were like six bottles in the room. They kept them stocked after that, and surprisingly there was no separate charge. Dinner at the Sugar Mill – ordered a tasty seafood stew that was supposed to have shrimp, fish, clams/mussels, and lobster. It only had shrimp and a couple of chunks of fis

Second visit to LDB! Absolutely gorgeous resort. Beautiful location right on the private bay. Breakfast every morning was delicious and views unbelievable! Everything is spotless. The rooms are gorgeous from the amazing sheets to the shower gel….luxury at its finest. Worth the cost.

The spa was quaint but amazingly relaxing. Charnette was a phenomenal therapist who took all my stress away on day one of our trip with those heated bamboo rollers!

Sense Spa at Rosewood Little Dix had an amazing location on a bluff overlooking the water below. You are greeted with a cool lemon scented towel to freshen up and a refreshing drink. Each therapist has their own private cabin on a walkway through impeccable landscaping. You immediately feel relaxed before the treatment even begins. Our whole Family of 11 adults visited the spa, and all of us had amazing experiences. You can hear the birds chirping during your therapy, which adds to the ambiance. If you are able to schedule with Shernet, she was my absolute favorite therapist there. The Infiniti pool before or after your treatment is a real treat as well. First class from start to finish!

The view, the ambiance, and the staff made this a relaxing experience. We loved it so much we came back a second day for a 90 minute massage.
