Ở đây chả có gì, dịch vụ không có gì cả, nông trại thì chưa hoàn thành xong, lại còn không có xà phòng, còn không có xe đạp, đã thế giá lại còn cao mà dịch vụ còn giống mấy cái phòng giá rẻ, buffet không có gì cả, không có gì chơi, thiếu thốn hơn các khách sạn thông thường, không có thảm, các đồ đạc quan trọng thì để hết ở nhà vệ sinh, nhân viên thì thái độ không tốt, tôi chưa bao giờ vào cái khách sạn như này cả:(((((

Nơi này vẫn luôn mang lại cho mình sự thoải mái và vui vẻ với không gian yên tĩnh, thoáng mát, với tiếng chim, nhiều cây xanh và hoa. Đặc biệt ở đây có bể bơi 4 mùa trong nhà và bể bơi ngoài trời rất rộng. Mình có gặp 2 vị khách 70 tuổi người Úc "đi trốn" con cháu nghỉ dưỡng Giáng sinh 1 tuần tại đây. Hai ông bà cũng rất thích nơi này và hứa sẽ quay lại đây lưu trú và đi ăn cưới mình nữa. Các bạn nhân viên thì rất nhiệt tình, chuyên nghiệp. Giá phòng thì cực kỳ ổn. Đồ ăn thì ngon, vừa miệng. Mình sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè quay lại đây.

Trở lại FLC Vĩnh Phúc sau 4 năm. Đã có thêm biển chỉ đường vào resort, nhưng cái hồ đã bị lấp! Cây cối tốt hơn nhưng vắng hẳn màu sắc sặc sỡ của hoa. Phòng được đốt tinh dầu nhưng rất tiếc là mình bị dị ứng với mùi lạ. Sau khi đề nghị đổi phòng không được chấp nhận thì đành làm theo hướng dẫn " mở toang cửa phòng ra là sẽ hết mùi". Tan tành giấc mơ trưa mặc dù được check in sớm! Điều không thay đổi là những nụ cười và những cái gật đầu chào thân thiện của những người làm tại đó

FLC가 오너 리스크로 흔들리고 있다는 것을 여실히 알 수 있었습니다. 2년전 방문과 비교했을 때 상상할 수 없을 정도로 심각한 상황입니다. 위생상태가 특별히 심각한데 낡은 침구류, 얼룩은 기본이고 냄새까지. 욕실 타월은 냄새가 너무 심해서 씻은 다음에 다시 몸에 냄새가 나게 합니다.

Thực sự chưa bao giờ sử dụng 1 dịch vụ được đánh giá là 5 sao nhưng phải chờ rất lâu thế này. Thường quy định là 14h đc nhận phòng, tuy nhiên với một khách sạn lớn 5 sao, lượng khác ko đông, nhưng khác phải chờ gần 2 tiếng vạ vật bên dưới sảnh cả tiếng đồng hồ. Thực sự sẽ ko bao giờ quay lại.

Nhà mình chọn FLC Vĩnh Phúc với mục đích: kỳ nghỉ ngắn ngày, quanh Hà Nội và xả hơi sau dịch. Và đấy là sự lựa chọn sáng suốt khi vi vu hơn 1 tiếng đồng hồ là đến nơi. Mình đã có cảm tình với các bạn ở FLC Vĩnh Phúc từ lúc đặt phòng cho đến lúc check in, check out, từ bạn sales cho đến bạn lễ tân hay các bạn điều khiển xe điện, các bạn nhân viên khu nhà ăn hay spa. Bạn nào cũng rất nhẹ nhàng, và nhiệt tình, lúc nào cũng dạ vâng và nở nụ cười. Đây là điều mà mình thích nhất ở FLC. Điều thứ 2 mà mình thích là phòng bungalow ở FLC rất rộng và thoáng, xung quanh nhiều cây xanh, sáng dậy vừa ngắm cây và nghe tiếng chim hót lại thấy mọi mệt mỏi tan biến. Điều thứ 3 mình hài lòng là dịch vụ spa, đợt này đang có giá khuyến mại rất hợp lý và các bạn ở khu spa cũng rất chuyên nghiệp. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại FLC, chỉ để hưởng không khí trong lành, tranh thủ kỳ nghỉ cuối tuần, cho các con thư giãn, trời lạnh thì bơi bể nước nóng trong nhà, trời mát thì có thể dùng bể bơi ngoài trời. Ah nếu nhà nào có trẻ nhỏ thì khu vui chơi cho các bạn bé rất ổn vì có nhiều trò, khuôn viên bãi cỏ rộng, các bạn tha hồ chạy nhảy. Xin cảm ơn các bạn nhân viên ở FLC Vĩnh Phúc đã giúp nhà mình có 2 ngày 1 đêm thư giãn, rất ưng ý.
