He estado en hoteles de 5 y 4 y 3 estrellas.Pero en servicio-atencion al cliente en españa estan muy muy atras.En este hotel hay tanta tranquilidad y la gente es tan amable que yo no queria irme de ahi.Señores se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo sin dudas,es tan limpio que sali descalzo desde la tercera planta hasta la recepcion en calcetines blancos y subi arriba con ellos blancos-como si no sali de la habotacion.Si esta al lado del aeropuerto pero no escucha nada-di despegue ni aterizaje y la conexion con la ciudad de maravilla,coges el bus 3G y en 20 minutos estas en el centro,y cuesta 65 centavos.Yo le doy un 10+!!!!!!!ME ENCANTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed in room 209 and I can honestly say after reading reviews online that I was a little concerned about the hotel and I relayed that to the site I booked it with before our arrival. The positives are definitely its location and breakfast. It is 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. This is great because the airport runs regular direct services to and from the stations. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety of cold and hot food to cater for all tastes although we did find it amusing that they served cooked vegetables for breakfast. The room on the day of arrival did have the necessary provisions needed and it was tidy also. It is also near the Maxima stores and plenty of restaurants and bars. The negatives are definitely the heating not on. We arrived on the 17th of October and at that time of year there has to be heating on. Now they did provide a small heater to plug in but these heaters are so old that they must cost a fortune to use and some people can find that such heaters can make them feel stuffy. The rooms need soundproofing. The main road doesn't bother me but what bothers me is listening to other guests talking and one room in particular had a couple arguing with each other. The breakfast staff were friendly but the rest were not. Maybe the employers are hard to work for? The room wasn't cleaned the next day and we didn't notice any cleaners around that day either so there may be merit to the complaints about the condition of the rooms. There was no staff at reception after 8pm which again shows that this place takes shortcuts. Maybe this place is better suited in the Summer but definitely not in the Autumn or Winter.

Este hotel está situado justo al lado de la puerta de la daw en la Ciudad Vieja. El hotel es hermoso fuera y dentro. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo que necesitas, tuvimos un balcón con una fantástica vista. No hay cocina en la habitación, sin embargo, yo le pedí una en la recepción y fue traído directamente a mi habitación. El personal estaba contento y útil. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca y 2 grandes supermercados a pie. Definitivamente volveré a este hotel. Gracias!

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

Domus Maria es un hermoso hotel situado justo al paso de la antigua ciudad. la ubicación era perfecta. Las vistas más cercanas a ver literalmente comenzaron al paso del hotel. Si necesitas la estación de autobús o tren durante tu estancia para ir y ver vistas fuera de la ciudad, también son un paseo corto. Las toallas son muy finas, la cubierta de la cama estaba un poco abajo (puedes sacarlo de la cama, aunque sólo es la parte decorativa para que no me afectó), y las almohadas eran un poco tan finas y gruesas. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
