Un hôtel qui donne envie, au moment de réserver, j'ai été conquis par le marketing, les photos qui donnent l'eau à la bouche et je m'attendais donc à une prestation à la hauteur de mes espérances. Hélas, même si le séjour c'est bien passé, je reste sur ma faim. A la réception, on m'a annoncé un surclassement mais en réalité il s'agit simplement d'une chambre identique avec un petit canapé en lieu et place du fauteuil. Bref, une légère amélioration qui est très aimable mais pas d'effet ”whaoo” et pour un client en statut Platinum, et avec un hôtel peu rempli, c'est dommage. La chambre d'entrée de game à une literie incroyable (une des meilleures que j'ai testé, cela reste le point fort qui se détache) et est bien insonorisée sur l'extérieur (on entend rien, pas même les trains passer, pourtant juste à coté); par contre on entend les clients passer dans le couloir, pour peu que ceux ci soient bavards. Pour un séjour de 3 nuits, et pour le tarif, j'aurais aimé avoir à minima une bouteille d'eau neuve chaque jour; il n'en est rien. Une seule bouteille à l'arrivée et non renouvellée. De même que, on as une dizaine de sachets de thé mais tout du même parfum; ça n'a aucun sens. Quitte à mettre 8 à 10 sachets, faites un assortiment d'au moins 3 ou 4 variétés. Car si le client n'aime pas l'unique parfum, tant pis pour lui! Pour la vue, la encore, déçu, on m'a mis côté bâtiment alors qu'il y avais peu de clients cette semaine là. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu le côté ville, plus sympa, car le côté bâtiment est vraiment pas terrible.... Le restaurant est original. Les plats sont bon, mais cher. Le dessert, un flan vanille tout simple à 9€, c'est exagéré car c'est vraiment moyen. Quand au capuccino, c'est le plus mauvais que j'ai jamais goûté. Je n'ai pas pu le finir. Attention aussi au petit verre de mise en bouche a l'ananas proposé gratuitement: c'était très très fort (et pourtant j'aime ce qui est relevé), et de nombreux clients se sont fait surprendre ce soir là, j'ai bien observé... A minima, communiquer que c'est fort aux clients... Pour le petit déjeuner a 28€, et de peur d'être encore déçu, je n'ai pas voulu tester. Bref, un hôtel confortable mais pas la hauteur de son tarif, bien plus cher qu'un Mercure, ou Novotel pour rester dans la gamme Accor, mais avec des prestations en net retrait. Et encore, j'ai séjourné en période calme donc aux tarifs les plus bas... Je n'ose imaginer dans une période de forte demande. Dommage; cela ne me donne pas envie de revenir au Pullman, le choix en établissement concurents et mieux positionnés ne manque pas dans cette belle ville de Lyon.

El lugar en la colina puede ser más agradable si hay equipaje. El entorno es bonito, pero la cama es muy pequeña. Y algo más extraño es que cuando me quedaba, me pidió que pagara un impuesto urbano. Cuando me dejó de casa, me pidió un impuesto urbano. Había dudas de que no confiaba en mí y me dijo que los ordenadores no habían pagado. No sé cómo escribió el ordenador, así que le pedí a su empleado que le preguntara directamente que se le pedía una tasa cuando mi invitado experimentado estuvo en el hospital. También mostró una duda de que sigo tomando el ...😊 un poco de tiempo para salir de mi habitación, El sistema de esta casa también está en problemas ~

El hotel es una buan opción porque se encuentra bien ubicado, se puede llegar caminando a las principales zonas de interés, restaurantes, zona comercial, museos. El personal es muy amable, habla en español y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones son chicas pero están limpias. Tiene un pequeño restauraurant donde se puede pedir algo simple para cenar pero hasta las 10 de la noche.

Hôtel bien placé, facile d'accès, la chambre est propre, le lit confortable, bien que proche de l'aéroport et d'une avenue, ce n'est pas bruyant, grand parking fermé et sécurisé

After a long travel day, I just needed a cool, quiet, dark room with a comfortable bed to help put some jet lag behind me. After checking in, I went to my assigned room to find that is was rather warm. I visited a colleague’s room to see if perhaps all the rooms were warm or if it was just mine, and my colleague’s room was cooler. I reported to the front desk and asked for assistance. The front desk was attentive and responsive, but suggested I give it a few hours to cool down. We ate dinner in the on-site restaurant (which was fantastic) before returning to the room. After two hours, the room was still hot (24-25C) so I asked for a different room. I was given a different room but on the same sunny side of the hotel. The room may have been a little cooler, but not much. Perhaps the A/C is not adequate to overcome the heat transfer through the aluminum window frames or perhaps ok just tried two different hot rooms, but I’d urge caution if staying here on a warm day. I stayed in March (when it was much cooler) and had a very pleasant stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the amenities are nice. If staying on a warm day, I’d suggest a room on the back of the hotel. Perhaps it would be cooler.

We had a bad experience with an Airbnb, where we had to leave ASAP. My teen daughter found this hotel and it had great reviews at an unbelievable price. We booked two rooms and headed there. Shortly after arrival we realized my daughter made the reservation for the wrong month (July, instead of June). I brought this to the managements attention and was told they had availability for the night of June 26 and 28 but not the night of June 27 as there was a convention. The next morning there was availability for the night of the 27th, however I was charged 4-5 times what rates are currently listed and I had two rooms. While I do realize this was my daughters error, and I am grateful that we were able to keep the room under such short notice. I don't believe I should've been charged the excessive amount, I was already in the hotel, the room became available but the charge was extremely excessive. I felt my hands were tied, and I didn't want to go through moving my family of 5 around again. This was a birthday/high school graduation trip and I was pleased with the accommodations but not the costs. Especially after viewing current costs a week later, I feel robbed.

Des chambres propres et très confortables Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié. … et un personnel très accueillant et vraiment très gentil et bienveillant….avec une mention spéciale à l’attention de Kelly, très souriante et d’une grande gentillesse…! At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.
