A las 10:00 se encerró todo y no se contestó el número de teléfono. Estaba ahogado fuera hasta que un trabajador fue a casa y nos ayudó. Las cosas sólo tuvieron peor habitación estaba bien pero cocinando caliente!!! La noche que salió, volvió y la tarjeta clave no funcionaría, así que no pude entrar en mi habitación, no hay recepción de hotel para ir, no hay seguridad ni nadie alrededor de todo cerrado. Seguí llamando al hotel hasta que finalmente alguien respondió que luego continuó a tener un paseo a mí!!!! No te quedes aquí!!!!!

Bonjour hôtel bien situé. Voyage en famille deux chambres louées dans chaque chambre une seule petite serviette pour deux, pas de tapis de bains, pas de savon liquide sur le présentoir dans la salle de bain. Personnel féminin à l accueil très désagréable. Impossible d avoir du savon et serviettes supplémentaires séjour de 3 jours . Heureu*****t que le vigile très très sympathique c est déplacé pour me trouver une 2 eme petite serviette ( j ai vue le lieu où les draps et les serviettes sont entreposées a fuir gobelet usagé direct sur les serviettes, draps à même le sol etc ) si vous regardez le matelas ho la la on a pas envie de dormir dans aucune des deux chambres loué.Je tiens une résidence de tourisme 4 étoiles donc je connaît parfaitement le travaille. Heureu*****t dans ma valise j avais du produit virucide Le clas*****t 3 étoiles est sur fait. Je prend toujours cette chaîne d hôtel ET Je n ai jamais vue un jemenfoutisme pareil . A la cerise sur le gâteau nous avons subis une alerte incendie car ils ont oublié des croissants dans le four et l alarme fonctionne très très bien jusqu’au 7 eme étage . Le Parking 15€ les 24h mais à chaque entrée sortie on règle même si on ne reste que 12h . En conclusion allée ailleurs en attendant que les problèmes de logistique internes soit résolu confirmer par le personnel. Bien cordialement
