"Very bag experience. The location is facing the central road, it is far from historical centre of Verona. The room was clean BUT the bed was made by very strange way... The double bed was covered by 2 single sheets...ok, should we sleep like a marble columns, whitout moving, being afraid to move the sheet and to touch the mattress? Photo attached . Also the was not the second sheet , they put the duvet/blanket without the 2nd sheet!!!! This is our first experience, after decades of staining in hotels, we saw a blanket without a sheet!!! How it is possible? To touch directly to your skin, eyes and i don't know what else to the blanket which was touched by hundreds other guests! How it is possible in mordern civilised world?! We tried to find the double sheet in closet, BUT there were 2 single sheets again! Photo attached. And, because, they where in the lowest part of the closet, they where covered with some dust and hairs. When we called a manager, he called us very strange guests, with strange requests. He tried to find one double sheet but without result. Other 2 "suites" where empty, but I guess also without one double sheet. How he can call himself A HOTEL MANAGER if he don't know to make a bed properly? We left this "suites" and rent a hotel room in Verona despite the fact, that is was 3 in the morning and we drove 6 hours to get to Verona. These "suites" don't comply basic sanitary rools."

"La piscina está cerrada la mayoría de los días debido a la falta de socorristas y al mal tiempo inexistente. Las cerraduras de las habitaciones se rompen y dejan a los huéspedes fuera de ellas. Las habitaciones se caen a pedazos, las duchas no vacían el agua, los interruptores se rompen y hay moscas muertas cuando llegamos. A los clientes menores de edad también se les sirve alcohol en el bar sin que se les pida identificación."

"Un sitio súper acogedor, La madre y la Hija encantadoras. Todo muy limpio, super tranquilo y un desayuno espectacular. Sin duda ha merecido la pena las 2 noches,además muy buena ubicación si alquilas un coche y quieres visitar toda la zona."
