the door n the lobby are so grand. staffs are nice n rich breakfast. not to mention the good location which is just a few mins walk to train station. highly recommended

All perfect. My flight was delayed so I only managed to check in past midnight, zero fuss and super kind staff at the counter. Room clean and spacious, hair dryer works, aircon adjustable, wifi good, and tons of charging ports including usb for international travelers) - charging ports are well located near the bed as well so very accomodating to modern needs haha. Super short walk to main train station and Hofer (supermarket). Easy access to the old town region by train tram etc. No bottled water provided but super cheap to buy from Hofer. Key card access and has lift within the building. Excellent, safe, well connected place to stay and would recommend anyone to pick this hotel.

Location is really awesome , just right in front of Vienna main station , but I am sorry I have been in Europe for 15 days and staying in different hotel , there is middle range of price , there is high end hotel and there is slightly budget hotel that I stay , I found ibis is really disappointing, for this price don’t even have a small fridge and even a budget hotel provide at least 2 bottle of water or a small chocolate, but ibis have nothing provide to us .
