Elegimos el NH por su buena relación calidad-precio y estamos muy satisfechos. Lo más destacado son buenas conexiones de transporte cerca de Rennweg y una habitación grande y muy tranquila con vistas al Belvedere, limpieza y un excelente y rico desayuno con un servicio cortés. El ambiente en el hotel era bastante relajado y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Es una pena que no haya barra sino solo autoservicio en la máquina.

Hotel was much nicer than I thought. Older building but everything was updated inside. High ceilings and large window in our room was lovely. Location was very good, next to a botanical garden and close to the Belvedere Palace. Only deducted 1 star because breakfast was not included (cost additional 20 euros pax). Other than that, we loved our stay and would stay again!

Clean tidy and cozy atmosphere and the hotel staff is well-intentioned and very kind. There is a Metro station very close to otel by using this metro, you can go anywhere and you can come from the airport by only using one metro. The location is almost perfect. You’re near the Belvedere Palace. Thanks

This is an unusual experience that I have ever had travelled around different countries, especially during this autumn ~ winter season, after landed in Vienna from Rotterdam & Budapest. New surprises but very bad and negative, per below comments during my entire 4 nights' stay here in NH Wien Belvedere, 1) Icy, cold feel upon arrival in the hotel 2) No air-conditioned in room 217, was told by front-desk staff the entire air-conditioned system is shut during this period as it is close to winter season. Given a standing fan instead which was a biggest joke, whereby the room temperature is hitting 30C, and all hotel in Rotterdam, Budapest & Prague are providing air-conditioned in room during this same travel period 3) No daily house keeping is provided, no change of towels throughout the entire 4 nights' rest and this is particularly not acceptable, especially checking with staff and only given ex-change of towels upon request 4) Bug/flies was found in my cup of water after returning to the room after a lunch outing which is very much bad and terrible experience Strongly not recommending to stay in NH Wien Belvedere after these bad surprises...

Довольно дружелюбный персонал, сделали апгрейд второго номера. Отель довольно большой. В это время немного гостей. Нам было неудобно брать завтраки, поэтому оценить завтраки не готов. Отель немного уставший , но в хорошем состоянии. Почему то в комнате стояла дополнительная кровать.. но так как номера весьма не маленькие, то она нам не мешала..был положен только один зубной набор, не было ушных наборов.. два халата, тапки.. удивление вызвала просьба на ресепшене предупредить что если нам нужна уборка на следующий день, то предупредить заранее. Первый раз такое встречаю.. из окна был виден купол русской православной церкви. Она рядом. В отеле есть сауна, паровая комната.. комната тишины и тренажерный зал. Сауна выключается в районе 19:30 думаю. Усталость оборудования там весьма сильная. В паровой кабине не работает шланг - невозможно включить воду - шлиц стерт.. почему это не починили до сих пор - вопрос.. в сауне дерево уже рассохлось.. человеку больше 100 кг будет опасно.. часть деревянных досок уже выпадает!! С этим надо срочно что то делать.. расположение немного далековато от оперы.. но тихо.. справа от выхода метров в 150 есть приличное кафе для завтрака. Слева - метров в 200 - вход в бельведер.
