酒店所在的建築有一百多年歷史，大概有30個房間。房間乾淨，設施也還好，就是衞生間小點。房間有個小陽台，可以看看外面的風景。早餐好像是15歐，很簡單，不如在外面吃。酒店離美泉宮很近，步行完全沒問題。前台是個滿頭白髮的老奶奶，也有其他工作人員，態度很好。從維也納機場打車過去花了64歐，但是退房的時候前台幫忙叫車到機場，費用才36歐😂😂

Hotel comodo solo a Schönbrunn e vicino alla metro. Sconsiglio come hotel fatiscente e assolutamente non disponibili ne’ ad aiutare nelle info x Vienna ne’ a dare consigli utili. Il pagamento del soggiorno lo vogliono in anticipo e la colazione 15 euro a testa al giorno solo con yogurt, due fette di formaggio e un croissant…sconsiglio!!! Muserà in un semi interrato veramente triste. La signora anziana alla reception diffidente e insofferente…zero ospitalità!!!!

Big room with high ceiling and triple glazing (very important with busy road nearby!)
No-one at reception desk when we arrived at 7 pm and no bell, had to phone to alert receptionist.

Hotel Viktoria is in an excellent location, a short walk to the Hietzing ubahn station and trams and buses. The hotel is extremely clean! Staff is super friendly and good strong wi-fi signal which was great for booking tickets and such. Beds were large, sturdy and comfortable. Daily service in the rooms with fresh towels. Bathroom tub was huge! My six foot tall son was able to stretch out in it. Elevator on the property which I appreciated. Close to schonbrunn palace and zoo, shops and restaurants.

Незабываемых 5 дней в Вене. Останавливались в отеле "Victoria" и очень очень довольны своим выбором. Встретила нас Лариса Юрьевна, замечательная, интеллигентная женщина. У нас с мужем была круглая дата и при оформлении нам подарили шампанское и это было очень приятно. Отличное расположение отеля. Метро U4 просто 3 минуты, до дворца Schönbrunn 7 минут. Номер был очень уютный и выходил на маленький парк и там цвела липа - запах был чарующий. Очень удобный матрас и подушки, спали осень комфортно. Чисто в номерах, всё необходимое есть, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневная, постельное бельё качественное. В ванной есть всё необходимое, очень удобный фен. Понравилось, что сильный напор горячей воды. "Victoria" 3***, но по некоторым критериям не уступает 4-х**** отелям. Светлана нам посоветовала экскурсию по Дунаю в Братиславу и мы очень благодарны ей. Отзывчивые Татьяна и Марина. Хотим сказать огромное спасибо всем, кто сделал наш отдых приятным!
